I've never been in the restaurant, I usually go through the drive thru, and they are always fast,friendly, and always get my order correct.

Visiting the Saginaw McDonald’s this morning, on October 15th, 2023, became an unexpectedly delightful start to my day, primarily due to the outstanding service I received. The gentleman taking orders at the drive-through embodied hospitality and kindness, making a noteworthy impact on my overall experience. His affable nature and meticulous attention to ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of were truly commendable. While the food was satisfactory, adhering to the consistent quality one might expect from McDonald’s, it was unequivocally the stellar customer service that stood out prominently during this visit. His genuine kindness not only enhanced my customer experience but also uplifted my spirits, proving once again that exceptional service can significantly elevate even the most routine activities, like grabbing a quick breakfast. Kudos to the wonderful employee and the Saginaw McDonald’s for making a positive difference in my day!

The fries were old, and it was dinner time. Do better, like before the remodel.

Cant rate atmosphere because I only do drive thru. But service is always nice, fast, friendly and correct as they always repeat the order to me.

It is an excellent place, because the people who worked there speak Spanish and English and are very attentive, especially the person who is in this box, congratulations, it is a good place, very clean, congratulations.

My favorite McDonald’s to go to around the area, workers are always so sweet and happy even early in the morning!

We had no issues with the food or the employees, and the bathrooms were clean. It's pretty off-putting when you enter a restaurant and realize that nobody is willing to speak with you to take your order. I am baffled by having to place my order and pay at what amounts to a random screen while employees watch. It's a very cold greeting. However, I still gave 4 stars because they didn't complain about our small child with autism being unable to keep shoes on. We greatly appreciate that!

Food is usually great from this McDonald's. If there's a issue I just call n they fix my order. I work next door n I've been going here in the mornings for a year n they have amazing customer service.

Food is hot and fresh. I fortunately there wasn't any sweet teas. I waited for 15 minutes and still no tea. When I asked for the tea again they told there wasn't anymore. They gave me two cans of soda instead. The young people are working very hard. I believe they need better guidance from the managers.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing In his customer service skills. Early in the morning and he was upbeat, cheerful and helpful. Keep it!!

I ordered on the app not realizing that inside was close and I selected the inside pick up option. I called and A gentleman told me to park and wait and he would bring me out to food. After a while I called back and told someone else I was parked out by spot three, the lady had informed me that the drive-through was the only way I can get my food. I drove around and the line was super long so I called back once more and the gentleman answered again stating that he would bring out my food for me which I really appreciated! Great customer service by that man :)

C'mon, guys, it's a MickeyD. BUT, fast service, accurate order, clean restaurant. I've heard people gripe about this place so much, I had to try it myself. They handle a HUGE volume of orders every day, so a mistake or two surely happens. But I, at least, was very happy.

I ordered through the app. There was a really long drive-thru line so I did the curbside pickup. I sat there for about 15 minutes, no one ever came so I called them and it went to their voicemail, I left a voicemail but after about 5 more minutes I went through the drive-thru line (since I wasn't wearing shoes I couldn't go inside) . Altogether it probably took me about 45 minutes to finally get my food and it was cold because they had it sitting in a bag somewhere separate when they realized that I was no longer at curbside. I won't be in a rush to order from this location again.

So, McDonald's is usually always busy because of the amazing food they have. The yummy chicken nuggets and the burgers. Don't even get me started on the fries. Those are very yummy (with salt) probably a 8/10 if you are patient.

I was getting frustrated because the drive thru was taking forever. I get to the window and I see the employees working so hard and the employee at the window even apologized for the wait. I'm sure when it gets busy there's only so much you can do. Good job guys!

Really great location. Fast and very convenient!

We had frappes. Always love the caramel frappes.My sister got the mocha frappe. They are always soooo good. If you use the app, you can get points and use them to get free food or drinks.

Food was ready as I was done paying for order. Great place to eat and enjoy your food

Once a year I eat at McDonalds once or twice for "Mcrib season" as I refer to it. My first experience was meh, the manager walked off before taking my order and never returned bit someone else showed up 5 minutes later and assisted.

I was gonna send a complaint however I decided to go back a second time and the young gent assisting me was super polite, courteous and attentive.

This young man with the tattoos saved you from a 1 star review. He took my order and was super polite and upbeat. When my order was ready he walked it over to me instead of just yelling out my number and walking off despite being busy.

This 5 star rating is not for McDonalds but for that young man! Thank you!!
