I specifically would like to state that Bosco provided exceptional customer service to us. He went above and beyond to resolve our issue. He is also very courteous and professional. I would recommend going to this store to resolve any issues that you may have.

I am literally blown away by the high-level of: friendliness, enthusiasm, helpfulness, patience, cellular phone knowledge, and professionalism that A T & T Retail Staff Worker named Sue has provided.

I purchased a new i - phone 13 mini, and she eagerly assisted me in buying the loviest case & screen glass protector for it … She even helped me put the accessories on, and taught me how to use the new functions on my latest, upgraded phone from SE to i - phone 13 mini.

As I was transferring material from the old to new smart phone, I discovered that not all will carry over from i - cloud. Sue spent a few hours instructing me on how to transfer the remaining 10% of: videos & various types of photos myself.
She was multi - tasking, as other customers entered the shop to: pay bills, ask questions, or upgrade their service.

I highly recommend Sue and believes she should be promoted and praised. She is an excellent worker and person who offers exceptional and personalized customer service. She deserves all the stars in the sky.

Great store and great customer service. My friends and I went to this AT&T store to open up a family plan with 5 lines. Sue was really a sweet girl, and helped us a lot. She was very very patient and professional. At first, one of my friends misunderstood our plan and asked Sue many questions, and she was always ready to answer us and introduced the more suitable plan for us. All of my friends were satisfied with this service. Many thanks to AT&T and Sue.

My family and I recently went to this store to do a trade in and upgrade for three mobile phones. We were helped by Dan and Sue. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Jonny was also very helpful. We appreciated the staff at this location because they were friendly and had a good understanding of the products, promos and offers. At first, I wanted to open up the Internet service with AT&T, but didn’t know which plan to use. Sue greeted me as soon as I walked in, checked the availability of my address and told me my address qualified for fiber. She also understood my needs and resolved my concerns. I stream and play video games a lot so she recommended me fiber 1000 with very fast upload speed. She also educated me about other ongoing promotions. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase.

Went to this AT&T store to make a bill payment. The sales reps greet to me right after entering the store and help me to process the bill payment. At the mean time, the sales manager Jonny came to review my account info and help me to switch my old plan the newest unlimited plan with $20 monthly saving on the new plan. Also, he told me there is a trade in promo offer by upgrading to new iPhone 13 with $800 trade in value. Very happy with their outstanding service. Highly recommended !!

Couldn’t access my gmail on my phone. Came to ask for the help to log in my email. The manager Jonny helped me to recover my email account back and also gave me the awesome trade in promo to upgrade to new iPhone 13!!! So happy! Highly recommended !

Went to the store to do the upgrade. The sales person Jonny is very professional and knowledgeable. He not only explained all the promotion detail before processing the upgrade to make sure we all on the same page for fully understanding but also review our rate plan to fit our best needs.
