People here are really sweet, they deserve everything and then some. Walking into the store i always feel very safe and homey. The people in the store will treat you like you’re family (as long as you don’t come in guns blazing.) I admire the store, customer service is amazing and even over the phone. Thank you guys for doing so good, i know times are hard right now. Keep it up!

Been going to this place for years and been getting great service there for years. People who work here are always nice. Helpful and extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help you. They're there to help you meet your needs.

My daughter bought a refurbished Nintendo Switch and it was in excellent condition.
Tyler was a great help to us. He explained everything and made sure we were informed and happy with our purchase.

They had everything I needed and the store was SLAMMED. The line literally wrapped all around inside the store it was insane....There was only one dude working, but he did an awesome job. He stayed calm, he helped everyone one by one, he was kind, and professional. This kid deserves a raise for sure. I'll be checking this store out again soon.

Started off negatively but thanks to the customer service of Tasha she was able to get her manager (who was not on the clock) on the phone... together they were able to come up with a solution that I was ultimately happy with! After talking with them I understand that they took over a very difficult situation, and from what I can tell the store I go to for all my gaming stuff in manchester is going to be in great hands!

Really amazing. But that is mostly because of talking with the staff about an amazing movie. While I am regular there, they are often pretty nice and informative but sometimes a little snobby. But they do care and try their best to help you well. I can give they directly but 4.6 of 5. Even though I am giving 5

I had an exceptional experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was busy over the holidays of course but they moved with a sense of urgency to ensure all customers were treated well and left happy. This is my only go to Game Stop!

Dude with the curly hair is legit the most hyped guy I'd ever wanna deal with. Picked up my kingdom hearts 3 preorder - no one else inside - encouraged to yell out in excitement and he made sure everything was Gucci. You keep doing you curly haired god of game stores.

Need more people like him.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at this Gamestop a few weeks ago. We walked in with an open mind and asked the guys behind the counter on a few recommendations for multiplayer games. We had one nice guy give us a full rundown on all the multiplayer games he loved and he asked his buds behind the counter for their recommendations too. We left the store with several games in hand and have been playing them for weeks. I appreciated the time they all spent helping us even though they were quite busy. These guys certainly go above and beyond to help their customers.

Rather it's the raw knowledge or the excellent customer service this GameStop is definitely one of my favorites of all time. With great staff in a well put together store I hope that this GameStop continues to bring smiles to the faces of the surrounding area

I went to this Gamestop recently and was surprised by how well the employees treated me. They were very kind and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my experience there. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I recommend giving this specific Gamestop store a chance. I definitely plan on visiting them again.

The guy at the front counter named Michael has been extremely helpful and always puts in extra effort to get what I need.

Such caring people my son accidentally made one of the shelves fall and they went out of their way to make sure we were ok and made us feel good about it. We felt very bad but they were awesome about it.

I recently had an issue with purchasing a retro game online. An employee at this location helped me correct the issue. On the receipt the name states Milana. Her going out if her way made a huge impact on my decision to continue shopping at Gamestop. Yet I will never purchase another product from their online entitie, I will be shopping at this (and only this) location from now on. It's sad that such a huge conglomerate store such as Gamestop cant provide great experience and value to their customers. Yet a single employee can save the day. Thank you Milana! But Gamestop co., you suck!

Awesome store, usually not as busy as manchester, i come out of my way to come here over manchester because of nick and I can't remember him name but the larger fellow who is the supervisor is an awesome dude. 5 out of 5 stars. They spents hours trouble shooting my xboc controols and 3nded up finding the ossues and fixing/replacing them. Will be returning for life!

I love games & I love the service any employees here will give me, Not the biggest game stop for sure but they cram in a lot. And your are never left just standing there looking and waiting,, UNLESS U WANT TO BE.. They dont breath down your neck either.. I hate that.

The people here are so friendly! I love coming here. And they have a vast selection of collectables. Finally! A place I can go to get my games and everything I need to geek out. :D
