T.J. Maxx

Easily the best TJ Maxx I’ve ever been to. Great customer service, clean store overall, including the bathrooms. Organized, and easy to navigate, the store is always well stocked and items in good condition. Return process is quick and easy. I literally find everything I use on a daily basis there. Gourmet Coffee, all natural toothpaste, dog treats, phone accessories, department store makeup, salon brands of hair care. That’s in addition to the wide variety of clothing, shoes, and home decor they regularly carry.

This has to be my favorite TJmaxx I would definitely choose this one over Middletown it’s more organized and clean. They always have everything I’m looking for.

This is probably the best TJ Maxx I've been to. Everything is so clean and organized and their selection in all categories is phenomenal. Yesterday I got a bunch of beauty products here from brands such as milk makeup, kate sommerville, murad, benefit, and laneige at a very affordable price. I have also gotten clothes and shoes here and they are phenomenal. 10/10 place.

In a hurry for a last minute gift, this is the place to go, always great offers and quality items.

This place is simply amazing! Lovely employees greet you at the door while practicing social distancing and wearing gloves and masks, ask you what kind of cart you prefer and even go as far as wiping it down for you. Full Royal treatment. What is this? I'm not used to it. 😁 Awesome job! Stay safe and healthy.

Great store ,plenty of bargains.

Clean and well organized. The sections here seem a lot smaller which means less product than other stores I have been to. Although I always seem to find some good items in clearance, which I normally don't in other stores! Overall great store to find a variety of items at a great price!

Annette is friendly and was extremely helpful finding me a bargain shirt and slacks for a new job. I was focused on and given good advice as far as my size. She deserves a promotion!

There was some hidden gem, reasonably priced polo shirts and dress pants Annette found them right away she was personable as well as all the staff was extremely courteous.

2 years ago I was shocked when I could not find a blue dress shirt cheaper than $35 I believe a lot of people don't have that kind of money in West Milford to spend on a shirt but this time I was lucky to get Annette to help me skim through the clearance aisles to find me something I could afford I never in the past would have shopped at t.j.Maxx because of how expensive they were my last experience but after today I will be returning to see the wonderful staff and the bargain prices.

Clean, lots of variety of items, and friendly staff. The women's clothing section is the largest, but they do have a men, kid and baby clothing sections, toys, kitchen, decor, shoes, and more. Always enjoy browsing to see what is new.

i come here every weekend. last weekend i bought the most comfortable pair of pajamas i have ever owned and they were cheap. i own some pretty expensive pajamas because i love to be comfortable when im sleeping or lounging around my house but these pajamas were cheaper and still more comfortable than anything else i own, im wearing them right now. this weekend i will try to get the same pair in another color, i hope they still have them

Excellent experience every time we go. Large selection of interesting and quality products, clothes, furniture, beauty products and much more. Specialty is great! Clean and organized.

I was in luck! Bathing suits just came in. They had a great sunglass selection and the dressing rooms were clean. It's my go to store.

The store is always neat and clean, and has so much to offer. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always find what I need, and so much more!!

Wish they had men's shoes but otherwise they have a good selection of decent priced items

I had a great shopping experience here. There was a variety of many designers and sizes for all. The store was clean and the associates were very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is very clean and organized, usually has a lot of clearance to search through, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a small store, so they don't have a lot of inventory, but they always have great stuff to find.

Since this store opened, I have not gone to the mall to get all the stuff I usually purchase. Clothing, bedding, kitchen, children items, and more, I can get them at TJMaxx in west Milford, NJ. Not just that, every single staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Compare to other TJMaxx in other town, West Milford are the best and the store is always neat and organized so it’s easy to find things that I need.
