Westlake Ace Hardware

25 years ago I lived right around the corner from this hardware store and it was great back then. It's even better now! Your classic Ace Hardware. Very well organized, everything hardware you need, lots of home goods, great grilling/BBQ and accessory section.

Just stopped to grab eye and ear protection. Cost a little more than big box stores. However, it is very conveniently located, and since it's smaller, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was super polite and asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. Everyone was polite, outgoing, and pleasant. Of course, I'll be back!

Best place to get a match on paints ,they got Skylar and she got the perfect match on the first try she is a genius on paints Thanks,Skylar! I recommend anyone who ,like me is having problems to get a paint matched visit Westlake Ace Hardware.

I was very impressed by the employee who helped me. He made my experience great with his kind, respectful and joyful demeanor. He went the extra mile for myself as well as the customer ahead of me. Although several obstacles beyond his control created what could have been great frustrations, Barrett remained upbeat and didn’t let anything rattle him. He just kept giving great customer service. I really appreciate this outstanding young man and wish there were more like him.
Also, Tish was a joy to speak with when I called. Not only did she listen attentively but also solved my problem quickly. Both of these employees made my day brighter!

Always easy and fast when I go to Westlake. The staff is always friendly and almost everyone is knowledgeable in all things in the store. Try asking the older employees for the best information. I'm there quite often and my son loves going there too!

I go here for the little odds and ends and most of the time I find what I need. The staff is always helpful. Today got a key made and they had my team.

I tried five or six stores trying to find a Farrow & Ball paint color with no success. Went in looking for a comparable Benjamin Moore color. The gentleman was so helpful. Chatting while the sample was being made, I mentioned I couldn't find what I wanted. He asked more about it, & took the time to check, & found it for me. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I received. Finding the color I wanted was an added bonus!

Good place to get your repair needs as in tools and other products . The people here are very helpful God bless yall

Very friendly staff seem very knowledgable helpful and curteous they usually have things that home depot and lowes dont its worth the trip...more so if it older things like plumbing ...It to is on a busy street park row Arlington . G.S.

After reading about all the good customer service, I think I must of caught everyone on a bad day. I had never been in the store before and I asked one person where something was located, she looked at me like I was stupid and I was interrupting her. Then the cashier was abrupt and not at all friendly. The store gets 2 stars for having what I wanted and being clean and well organized. I would give 0 stars for customer service.

Edit: I went back and everyone was very helpful. Like I said before it must have just been a bad day.

Everytime I come here, it's for very specific things that I wouldn't want to get at the big box stores. Ace always had the parts and knowledge any customer needs to get that project finished. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Needed some screws. Greeted at the door. No one else asked if I needed help. Until I found the right department and clerk helped me find just the screws I needed. Sacked up in it's own handy pricing bag.

Great place. Had some glass cut to size. The home depot does not have this service anymore

I went to the store to purchase a small type of batteries. And when I enter I saw that they sell a bunch of things for the maintenance of a house...and I had made a wrong order online that I needed to cancel online. They were kind enough to make a cancel for me 😭 on that day I am so grateful. Plus I made a purchase and I got to notice how they treat the guys of color that before me that was nice I could see that they try to tread all people right 👍🏾.

My first time in this Ace hardware. It's a very nice store. Clean, organized, and easy to get around. Very nice employees, my sister needed some lids for two of the smaller trash cans. She found a young lady and asked for her help since a ladder was needed to reach them.

This is an old time hardware store from my grandfather's day. I mean that with my deepest respect. Knowledgeable and friendly service is the best anywhere.
