Erica (head coach) was super helpful greeting me kindly with friendly heads up the store was about to close as I walked in and directed me to the section I needed to go while seamlessly radioing ahead for someone to assist me find bug spray with deer in section. That gentleman was helpful and friendly along with the person at the register named Eric who was kind, helpful and the communication between coworkers was one of respect, honor, and overall great teamwork! I came looking for running shoes because I had recently bought a pair online and they were very uncomfortable for me. I was lucky to run into Darren who's the store's running shoes expert. He immediately noticed that the shoes I had were the wrong category for my feet. He then went on to expertly explain the different categories of shoes and the ones that were right for my feet condition. After trying many different shoes I came to find the right pair for me. I've had them for a bit now and I'm very happy with them. I was worried about not being able to return them if they're not in new condition, but they ended up being the right shoes for me so that wasn't a problem. Thank you Darren for your great service and help, it is appreciated and not taken for granted!

Shopped today to replace pool shoes. Colby asked if I needed help and directed me to the right aisle. Found the perfect pair and tees on clearance too! After we checked out, we wanted to make sure we had everything. Natasha helped us go through the receipt, two tees had not scanned. She went out of her way to see we had professional and courteous service. We appreciate excellent customer service.

I went in yesterday looking for a father's day present for my husband. He likes to golf, and I know nothing about it. I got help from an order gentleman in the golf department. He was very kind and knowledgeable, did not try to "top-down" sell which I appreciated. I ended up with a nice golf club for my husband. When he opened the present he was VERY happy with it.

I would like to give a speacial thanks to the manager, Charlie. He resolved my issue today by going above and beyond. Not only did he do his job, but he made me extremely satisfied after several unsuccessful attempts with yeti customer service. Job well done. Thank you, again.

I want to pass along my appreciation for the associate named Erica at the Clearwater location. She was so helpful!! I got two kayaks and a bar to put them on my car and had to do it in the parking lot and it was the first time I ever loaded a kayak. She was so knowledgeable and came out to check how we were doing and offer help. I am very thankful!!

Service was excellent! Staff was knowledgeable when we asked about purchasing a utility knife for my son. He took down several and helped us compare to decide which one to purchase.

Great store have kids in sports so in there a couple times a month and always seem to need shoes for the kids, look at these awesome shoes

Ethan in the fishing department was really helpful without even asking him.
He came up to me while I was just looking at some fishing poles.

Came by asked if I needed some help and I said I was getting into the fresh water game and needed an average good pole.
He showed me options but didn’t hesitate to show me a pole he believed was worth the money and then offered to line it right away for a few $.

So just like that I went from just looking to walking out with a brand new pole and reel!

Went in to test a few different drivers I've been eyeing for a bit and Jimmy helped with my fitting and he was extremely helpful and kind, I will definitely return when I need anything else. Definitely ask for Jimmy if you're getting fitted for clubs, 100% worth the money because you get fitted and you get the knowledge he has in the game. Thank you again Jimmy, it was fantastic!

My husband was in to buy some shoes. The associate was very professional, nice and friendly. She helped us right away. We didn't have to look around for someone to help us like at other shoe stores. The cashier up front was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend Dicks sporting goods.

Just came in to get some new shoes and was greeted by some of the best customer service I have experienced. Charlie, was very knowledgeable and kind and made my shopping experience a breeze. Someone give this man a raise, he deserves it!
