Went in to get my cracked screen repaired for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Aki was friendly and helpful. Immediately figured out it was just the screen protector that I had forgotten was on there and couldn’t get off myself. He helped take it off and put on a new privacy screen protector quickly and for a great price.

These guys are top notch and by far the best electronics store I have ever done business with. Came in for a charger for my Chromebook and they gave me a brand new Chromebook for not much more than the charger I was shopping for. I will only use these guys for any of my phone and computer needs in the future and am blown away by my experience here. I will be back next week to purchase a phone for sure!!

My phone was having issues and they said they would be able to take a look at it. When I went back for it the next day, the man helping me said he tried 4 times to restart it but it would not restart properly. I felt he was being honest. When I offered to pay for his honest efforts, he denied allowing me to pay several times. I never paid. I felt that they were honest, and I appreciate that.
