If you need printing help- go here! I went two days in a row, each day was helped by a different young woman in the print area- and each day smooth and awesome. I didn’t catch either of their names, but the first woman helped me with the layout of my project and managed to help a few other customers while getting mine done perfectly. Today, this woman printed my two docs so fast and then didn’t even charge me! It was so kind and thoughtful! And because of these two ladies, this is the only location I’ll ever come to to print!! Thank you!!

Asia is extremely capable and professional always able to support you in any printing project you need. Keep up the good work!!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and had the best experience. A young lady name Asia helped me with all of my printing needs. She was very friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the flyers I had printed. I will definitely revisit this location.

Around end of August, I was getting some print jobs and one of print job pros named Asia, helped me really well. She was very professional and kind. Overall, other store reps were nice too. Asia and her teammates deserve the compliment! Thank you!

Customer service is number one in my books and also quality products. Whenever I have been at this location, I am usually asked if I need any help when I walk in. The customer service members I have encountered have all been friendly and knowledgeable. My only regret would be that the coupon you get upon checkout if you sign up with their rewards program is usually only good for the next day or so.

Asia is kind and always goes above and beyond to be professional. She always delivers excellent and exceptional customer service. She's the reason why I only visit this location.

When I needed to make some large poster prints for one of the events at short notice, the staff at this location provided fantastic service and helped get the job done in record time ,within a few hours. Thank you for making it happen.

They went extra step in helping me out with the purchase of this office chair I was looking. Other Office Depots didn't want to help with this out of stock item but here I was listened to and they were able to get me the chair. Not only that but the response was good whenever I called. They are one of the best shops out there. Good doing business here. Alex is calm, composed and overall great. Rodney can get things done to get what you need.

I had copies made of an old family recipe book. Ed was very helpful. He did everything I asked him to do. Great customer service.

Asia who works in the custom print department is the BEST! I drive to this location all the way from Fort Worth because I know that I'm going to get quality customer service and quality prints when she is working! Over 3 years of going to her for my custom print needs and I hope she never leaves!

I’ll start by saying that Juliano, Martin and Akhil provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I went in today to buy a new office chair. I found one I liked for a discounted price, but I didn’t realize that the promotion had actually ended the day prior but Juliano was still willing to honor the discount. This alone was great but what happened over the course of the day took my experience over the top.

When I began assembling the chair at home I quickly ran into difficulty. Screws weren’t going in like they should and I realized I wouldn’t be able to assemble it. I called the store and they happily offered to take the chair back and to assemble it for me.

A few hours after I dropped it off, I was notified the chair was complete. This was sooner than I expected as they advised of a 24 hour turn around time, so this was a nice surprise. Juliano told me that they had to get a new chair due to manufacturing errors in the initial one and that they were going to waive the assembly fee.

I had nothing less than an A+ experience with this Office Depot location. I very rarely think twice about my customer service interactions and I’ve never left a satisfaction survey, but my experience with Juliano, Martin and Akhil left a lasting impression on me and I had to make sure they were recognized.

Despite living so close to this location, this was my first time in. They will definitely be seeing me again.

Friendly helpful staff. 10/10 stars for Ed who helped us with our printing and cutting of invites. He was so patient and helpful during the whole process!

I had to go to 2 stores to find what I wanted the service in the grapevine Texas door was amazing he actually found what I needed in Irving and he called and the manager held it for me at the front desk and I picked it up immediately after that it was an amazing experience I definitely will shop there again.

I called to inquire about a printer that wasn't available online and was greeted by the store manager, Paul who helped guide me on a similar option that was available for pick up. The curbside pickup process was seamless and Chris was helpful in loading the printer in my vehicle. I also had questions about which HDMI cable to purchase to extend to my monitor and Paul walked me to the aisle to show me exactly what I needed. He further went out of his way to walk me to the label printers to help me find a device that was compatible with the labels I had already purchased. EXCELLENT Customer service. I will be sure to return for all my future needs.

All day I had been trying to order a simple printer online for in store pick up and it was one thing after another. It was 8:37pm and I place the order online and immediately call the store. I talked to a manager, Weldon, and asked if there was ANY way I could pick it up today before they closed at 9 even though it says 1 hour store pick up. He said that he would personally go pick it from the shelf and have it ready to go for me before they closed. I walked in signed for it and left with a printer! Easiest process ever, best customer service too!!!

One of the nicest people in Irving. From front line cashier to print assistant to Manager, all are gem of the people. Keep up the goodness guys, that is what is missing from most of the business. Thank you

I stopped in after being treated rudely by FedEx Office across the parking lot. Elizabeth in the print department was friendly and welcoming, which was much appreciated! We talked about what I needed, she made suggestions, and it came out perfectly! Definitely give these folks a shot for your printing needs!
