My rating has everything to do with the staff and manager of this location that keeps it organized. I didn't want to give it a lesser rating for my hoping to find everything I needed. It is what it is! This is a big kudos for the store being neat and clean and has a knowledgeable crew who is present and informed and cares about stuff being where it belongs and meets your eye and that is a rarity these days. I had some framing done here last year and it was just what I wanted...y'all are doing great, thank you!

I absolutely love this place, well organized, always has the supplies that I need for my art studio and production. My wife also finds everything that she needs for her classroom as well as home goods. Hey if you are in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed. Let me know what think? Great craft store! The workers are a bit hard to find, as they are always busy! That is a good thing, as they are not slacking off. They are also quite knowledgeable in each field!

Although I'm mostly a sewist and only dabble in crafts, I do love that this store is carrying more sewing items. They are always helpful, nice and friendly.

This store is well managed and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

One can fulfill all craft needs... the need for storing up extensive backstocks of supplies, and then the need to actually create something.

Michaels has been open for approx 9mons. I have been numerous times. There are many reasons why I continue to visit. The Food, The Music, The Ambiance, Compliance with Capacity limits, The Staff and last but not least, THE OWNER. He's there, he's approachable, friendly and always greets his guest with a smile. The Mgr PHEE, is a sweetheart. Rarely do you receive an email response from other establishments when you have a question. BUT PHEE...EVERY TIME I've asked about something or needed clarification I rec'd a response within 24hrs. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...More than I can say about some of the Addison Venues. Anyway, Michael's is my GoTo spot and I hate to even do this review because I'm selfish and don't want all y'all coming...BUT, I have to give credit where credit is due....Michael Caldwell & Ms Phee are the DYNAMIC DUO OF EVENT VENUES.

There’s so much to say about this place but let me just say from the food to the dance floor EVERYTHING was AMAZING! I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday here and I will be back♥💪 please go check them out!

Love this store!! Between online and store, they have all my needs for painting covered..Everyone at the store is super helpful..also love Michael’s online customer service! They are super fast and generally quite good in response..:)

This is a wonderful store with many useful items unfortunately I couldn't find the black poster board that I was looking for but I did find many other items on my list that I could not find anywhere.

Love this store! Always look for coupons for extra savings.

We did have a bit of a wait at the custom frame counter, but once it was our turn, the employee totally focused on helping us. Her name was Laura and she gave us lots of good ideas and suggestions.

Very nice young help me get everything the needed. I just don't remember his name. He was super busy and still help with the things I was looking for with no attitude.

I love going here. Staff is super friendly, and even told me my dog was cute. I love how this is a dog-friendly store, and they have so many cute supplies here. They are always willing to help the customer, and let us make sure we can the lowest price possible. Definitely going to come back here again.

Clean and well stocked with helpful knowledgeable staff

I have been so busy lately and money is always tight but one of my few passions in life is being an amateur jewelry maker and I've even sold some online. I've needed some new findings for a pair of earrings I've been imagining lately, so tonight i decided to treat myself. I had not been to this particular location, and although I've always been satisfied with the options at Michaels, i was particularly pleased with the selection this store had, and I was fortunate enough to come in during a sale–50% off all strung beads! it was after 8:30 and the jewelry section was near the front of the busy store but I was able to drown out the steady hum of "next, please" until about 5 after 9, at which time I noticed the store had become strangely quiet except for an occasional radio transmission between the employees. pleased, i continued shopping. at 9:14 a young woman with short brown hair and glasses approached me and said that she would be in the middle section whenever I was done my shopping. surprised, I asked her when they were closing, as they hadn't even begun to announce it on the overhead speakers. she smiled and said we're already closed but that's okay take your time I'll be there when you're done. and here I had been busily comparing prices and beads of different colors I had several in my basket and a half dozen strands in my hand–I had not begun to wind down my shopping. her warm demeanor was so unexpected, especially given my faux pas of outstaying my welcome, I felt compelled to write this review immediately, even now as I sit in the Michaels parking lot in my car. now tell me that is not the most incredible customer service. not only did they not rudely harangue shoppers with commands to hurry up over the PA, as is the norm in most retail stores in Michaels' price range, but even after i ignored the clearly posted store hours (unintentionally of course) they still made me feel welcome and appreciated! I will definitely be coming here again!

Love this store, had everything I needed and in a rush! Of course a little pricey but they have a 20% coupon you can show them and it takes it off most regular prices items. You can pull it up online. Great service and very attentive. Will definitely continue shopping here.

What an awesome time we had! Came on a Tuesday for live band blues. The staff treats everyone like VIP!! Excellent customer service food was hot and delicious. Wish I had photos of the food but we devoured it.

Found lots of good stuff from Michaels flowers and rocks, and reeds.
