The UPS Store

Customer service is impeccable. The response I have received after inquiring about a missing package was above and beyond. The package has made it to me after the staff investigated and called me back to update me on the progress. I was so happy to see that someone really cared. The quality of customer service shows when things don't go smooth, and this store has handled it perfect.

I have been using this store recently as I have recently moved and I have had multiple interactions with a gentleman named Logan S. He is fabulous. He is super friendly, helpful and patient as well as thorough. Whenever I go in and he is there I will always ask for him to help me with my things. Always happy to see him with a great attitude and smile on his face. Thank you Logan.

I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and typically have to do returns. This place is so fast. I had to get something notarized today. The tall gentleman was absolutely amazing. Helped me photocopy it because I didn’t have all my stuff together. Lol but they’re absolutely amazing fast nice 10 out of 10.

I sent a package to Canada and it got misplaced, the owner Syed Mansoor, went out of his way and found my package in another state, and tracked it down and made sure it got to my kids before Xmas, 5 stars, definitely highly recommend this location. I appreciate your work, thank you

I had a very pleasant experience today at this particular UPS store. Logan, the tall, slender, very distinguished gentleman with the three piece earring, is definitely the go-to guy at this store.

He was very quick and efficient, as this store was very crowded. I certainly do appreciate being treated with respect, efficiency, and politeness.

We use this location for shipping and notary services. The owner and staff consistently provide excellent customer service!

We just moved our box down to here from the one at 1540 N keller parkway and couldn't be happier with the service the people here are so much nicer and happy to help

I have to say keekee and Sarah are amazing at what they do. They are very friendly, and great customer service :) the owner is pretty cool too!

Every time I come in to this location (which is at least once a month) the employees are so patient and friendly. I have witnessed so many difficult customers, but these employees remain KIND and RESPECTFUL at all times. I have so many stories to tell, but I’d like to brag on one guy in particular today. A customer was being very degrading and mean over the spelling of “Hungarian” but she wouldn’t just spell it for the guy, who is literally just trying to do his job. Instead, she complained and belittled him instead of just helping to solve the issue. He was so mellow and so patient and ignored all of her rude comments while he continued to help her. Honestly, it takes a certain kind of professional to work with some customers these days. These people deserve some sort of award for great customer service. I’m not a big review kinda person, but they deserve more recognition. Thank you guys for always being so patient and helpful, even at the end of a long work day. You all show that there is good left in the world and it can be shown in any profession!

The employees are kind, quick, and professional. They are so helpful when I need to ship a package or get something notarized, and I love that I can drop off packages for USPS here as well (when they are pre-labeled, of course.) Today I got to do an Amazon return, which was so much more convenient than going all the way into the back of a certain department store (K); I was in and out in probably 30 seconds!

First, I would like to thank Hina (I believe that was her name :) for helping me set up a new mailbox. She was very kind, patient, professional and took great care to explain the service.

Second, I'd also like to thank KeeKee & Chris for their additional assistance on a different day in making some additions to our mailbox service. They work as a great team, extremely efficient and very professional and personable as well.

All employees at this location have been great to deal with, friendly and helpful. Jacob has been very helpful as well! It sure makes a difference in today's world and we are happy with our decision to have our business mailbox at this efficiently managed store.

Highly recommend this location and appreciate all the help!

Chris T. is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! To come by his level of customer service these days is so rare! Not only is he the friendliest, and nicest customer service representative I’ve come across not just at a UPS store but at any store in general, he also knows exactly what he’s doing and is so quick, efficient, and professional! He takes care of exactly what I need and has me in and out of the store in no time and always with a big smile on his face! He’s even so sweet to my kids whenever they come with me. Honestly his level of customer service is why Id choose to go to UPS instead of anywhere else for all of my shipping needs. UPS is lucky to have him as a team memeber and he needs to be promoted ASAP!!!

Have been a UPS customer for over a year,,,,,and find them to consistently be courteous, friendly and very helpful.
My vehicle broke down today while at their store,,,,,Jacob, Cathie and Jakob were very helpful in assisting me with my car problem plus giving a cold bottle of water and a cool place to wait for roadside assistance.

This location knows good customer service. My packages are always delivered timely and Kee Kee always greets customers with a smile. She is very knowledgeable of the services offered as well. There is another employee named Chris who is also just as friendly and he bends over backwards to ensure that you leave with a smile. I switched to this location and their service is unmatched. I recommend this location.

This location has a NOTARY on weekends!!! The notary was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this location if you need a notary!

Thanks, Catherine E., for the great Notary service. I took my parents to UPS because we had to get all of their and my end-of-life documents notarized, ... about a dozen documents or so. Mom and Dad don't move too fast, and with so many documents it took some time. Catherine was very patient and took care of all of our notary needs. Thanks, again!

Excellent service every time we use them!!

I’ve been using this location (Golden Triangle, Keller, TX y’all!) for a year and a half. Between sending packages to friends and family out of state, and returns to a particular online retail giant, I visit frequently. Always service with a smile, helpful, wonderful people. I’m particularly loving the current staff. They’re awesome! But UPS! Why are you making your people wear slacks instead of some denim, which is a sturdy, breathable fabric? They’re slinging boxes all day! Give these awesome folks a break! I’d rather see them in some comfy jeans with the new shirts!
