I visited this store when it first opened, I was so excited because I like visiting new Ross stores around Sacramento and everything was great the store and items themselves were great before I get in line I show my mother the im eta I picked out to get her input and then we proceed to checkout as im checking out im taking care of baby as well and I paid and everything the lady handed me my bag of items at the moment I didn’t think much of it but I purchased a bunch of items and I remember paying over $100 and once I got home that day to take tags off and the the clothing ready to wash them before wearing. I noticed I didn’t even have half the things a purchased the 1 bag I was given just looked like a lot because of a bunch of baby girl clothing clothes I bought but the other part was clothing for my son and myself. I went back exactly a week after when I had time and I showed them my receipt and explained to them what had happened just for the manager herself or someone who claimed to be to tell me theirs nothing she could do I suggested to check the camera footage because because it was alot of money worth of clothing I didn’t even take home and she agreed but more like she felt forced to she literally came back seconds after and with the rudest attitude told me “ you didn’t leave anything “ and I truly wish I could believe that but that other bag of items I purchased never even left the store . My receipt says I paid for it and I know I paid for it but the manger is claiming cámara prove I took everything with me . I have came at peace with the fact that I won’t get that money or clothes back but I can’t lie that it’s a tough pill to swallow losing lots of items I paid for and never even got to take out of the store.

Great place to purchase quality but affordable clothes. I'd recommend Ross Dress for Less to anyone any day. Customer service is great, too.

Horrible place the manager was completely judgmental and told us to leave even tho I had a pocket of cash smh
