I love this place. I don't remember what the younger girls name is that has worked there for two years, but she is amazing. She has the best customer service and knows her stuff. I will update when I get her name.

I went on Wednesday for the first time in this store and also first time deciding to buy a wig since I had issues with my hair and been stressed out about it. I was walking around the store and looking at all wigs, but I was nervous because I didn’t have any experience with them. Suddenly, a very nice and kind representative from store came to greet me and asked if she could help me. I was glad to have the chance to meet DJ who was extremely kind, friendly, but more than that, very supportive and understanding. She understood exactly how I was feeling telling her about some sad events in my life and how I lost my hair due to stress and sadness. DJ took her time to listen to me and she told me about her hair what happened to it so I just started to feel much better and so welcomed in the store thanks to DJ. She made me smile and showed me a good oil for my hair to regrow and other accessories I needed for a wig I had at home. I would like to say a big thank you to DJ for her kindness, her outstanding service, professionalism, positivity, and the fact that she was so supportive to me and encouraged me to continue to enjoy my life no matter how hair would be and it will grow back one day. All staff members were very kind at register and in the store so I definitely recommend this store and if you decide to stop by make sure you approach DJ who will make your day much better and will be there for you with all her support and very friendly attitude and warmth. I was blessed to meet DJ !! Awesome persons !! Blessed be DJ and I will definitely return to the store soon to see you again and explore more wigs and some eye lashes etc. You Rock DJ!! Everybody was really nice. We actually were helped by an older woman who also had alopecia. We have not tried the wigs yet but great customer service.

I love the location and the amount of options and deals you get here, sometimes the place can get a little loud however most of the staff here are always kind and helpful. Use Google to check the times and go when the crowd has dispersed.

I absolutely love this place. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have ample selections so I can usually find what I'm looking for. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and I will continue to do so. If they don't have what I need, I'll go home and shop online before I go to that tacky shop across the street. King's is horrible. Thank you Joyce's, for being an example of what professionalism in a business looks like. You have a life long customer!

I can't say enough about this place I mean I was having a very stressful day I went in there to help my daughter's purchase something one of my daughters do a tantrum the manager was trying to dislike you know like bring some happiness and joy and he ended up giving me a nice big size hand sanitizer for free and I just really feel welcomed and loved there and understood I mean she didn't want this product I took it back then she wanted this product so I bought it and she didn't want this product and then they took it back I mean they're amazing people I would definitely check them out anytime their customer service is amazing their stores will organize it's very well lit and it's clean

Very organized, it didn't feel overwhelming walking in everyone was very friendly and helpful! By far the best experience I've had in a hair supply store I've had in a long time. Prices are much better than the stores in the north Sac area (with more variety). Will definitely be coming back!

Found a nice strawberry tent wig here. They have a nice selection along with nice accessories and basically all the needs for hair care. They even carry my special hair color removal from L'Oreal that I did a review on my YouTube about. Just a note, they have a rewards program once you make a purchase and add your phone number even got free item for my first sign up. No duh I'll be bac, plus it's closer to my area where we have no beauty supply store at.

Great customer service and they even have a frequent reward type of program you can sign up for to get discounts. They have more synthetic wigs than human hair wigs imo but the synthetic ones are still really cute. They also have a large selection of makeup.

I'm sorry I even started going to King's on Northgate Blvd. Never had such poor customer service with them. I'd take Joyce's any day. Wonderful employees and owners. Great customer service. I'd give Joyce's a 10 if there were that many stars. You've won my heart back.

Excellent customer service. I bought some mink eyelashes and they were put on with purchase. Well the one eyelash was cut down too much so I took it back and they mngr called the owner of the eyebrow brand and they replaced them with no problems. Also they have EVERY kind of makeup you need from lots of different brands from low end to high end. All at great prices.

Unlike other beauty supply stores, I love how clean and organized this beauty supply store is set-up. I'm always pleased with their friendly customer service, the help I receive when I ask for help, and the quality of their products.

Best black beauty supply in Sacramento. Trust me I have been to them all. Large selection well stocked and organized. Not junky, too cluttered or old merchandise. Well staffed and most are educated on products.
