As a new runner I was very intimidated with the large selection of shoes, however the team at Front Runners were patient and kind when answering all my questions. The store manager was very helpful in guiding which shoes were going to work best for my training needs. Throughout the consultation I felt like the manager was invested in process and picking shoes based on my athletic ability and objectives.

Leaving the store I felt confident with my new purchase. I highly recommend visiting this store for all the gear needs. The staff are serious experts when it comes to fit and comfort.

Tyler gave amazing service, thanks to him I give this store 5 stars. He got exactly the products I needed over the phone and was able to let me come in as I barely made it at closing time. His co-worker told me I could not come in but he hooked it up! Great store

I’ve been on the hunt for new running shoes for long distance runs and the sales associate, Adam, went above and beyond. He ensured I found the perfect pair tailored to my foot concerns and needs. The store is short-staffed, and he was the only one there, but as more customers filled in, he made sure to check in with me while I tried on the four brands he recommended. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and will buy more on my next trip to LA.

I ordered online, found the shoe in the size that I wanted on their web store via Google. They had the best price and shipping was free. They shipped the very next business day. Shoes arrived well packaged and as expected. Zero complaints. A+ experience.

Game changing insoles!
I’ve been walking with prosthetics for 10 years, with mobility issues and foot pain, but FrontRunners custom insoles have been a total game changer.
Frontrunners’ custom insoles have dramatically increased my mobility and comfort, while reducing pain. The staff and insert expert (Adam) were all fantastic and super helpful (incidentally, it’s a great store with a lot of other high-quality sports/athletics items for sale). But I can’t recommend the custom insole more highly. You use your feet for hours every day—so run, don’t walk, to FrontRunners to get custom insoles made!

Excellent running shoe store with everything you would ever need - shoes, socks, apparel, etc. And more than anything the service is fantastic and help guide you tot the right choices….

Great experience—went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty busy, but help was provided quickly. I needed to have my feet sized for running shoes, and had no idea where to start with actual shoes for running a marathon. Timothy ran the test, brought out option after option of shoes for me to try based on my analysis, and I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes! Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Timothy!!

Phenomenal customer experience. J helped me out and I was blown away by his care, consideration and knowledge about what shoes would be perfect for my feet. They have a high tech scanner to look at your foot shape/arch height/etc. Incredible customer experience! So many cute shoes in the shop as well. Can’t recommend enough!

this is the best place to buy running shoes for all types of activities. their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the RIGHT shoes to wear. HINT: this store has amazing sales. call ahead to find out if one is happening now.

I walked in to get my mom sized for proper walking shoes. We went on a Sunday, mid day and it was BUSY…not surprised. Went up to the register to ask for some help and J was great. He said had to wrap some things up and would be right over to assist. Once he came over he was very knowledgeable and patient and got what my mom needed. I will be back to this store.

I have plantar fasciitis, making it really difficult to find the right shoe. Tyler was so helpful and patient to help me find the most comfortable shoe. He was both very knowledge and very nice, and I will definitely be coming back here when I need new sneakers. FrontRunners never misses.

My podiatrist recommended me to looking for the right shoes with insole for my feet. Because I started having bunion pain.
I went to this store, the one at Brentwood. Adam helps me check out my size and find me the right shoes and insole. It feels good. Gonna try it soon, either for work or daily uses. Hopefully, my pain will go away soon.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were extremely patient with helping me find the perfect shoes for me. Even when I had to return the initial pair they didn't make me feel bad at all and the new pair of shoes are out of this world perfect. So much so that it motivated me to write this very review when I normally don't write reviews.

I never write google reviews but this place is amazing - they really evaluate your foot and scan it and then find the best shoe and if needed get you an insert.

I went to FrontRunners after having a disappointing experience at another store in westside and, man, I’m so glad I stopped by! Their waiting/line situation right now is kinda weird, but allows you to be paired up 1/1 with an associate. My associate was the BEST!! I didn’t catch her name but I called the store after to get it and the guy said it was Alex. I hope that’s correct because I’m definitely going back just to get her recommendations. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and was so knowledgeable about running and training in general. My half is coming up soon and she made me feel a lot better about where I’m at. 10/10 do recommend.

I was recently helped by Chole, one of the managers at the store, and was blow away by how knowledgeable and accommodating she was in helping me find the perfect shoes for my big flat feet and making some returns go super smoothly. Been going to Frontrunners since high school and still love it :) Ask for Chole!
