Walgreens

First let me say that I frequent Walgreens for many years now, and have had positive experiences time and time again. Your staff is wonderful and they have always delivered excellent customer service, 99% of the time. More recently, however, I've had three "unusual" interactions with managers at your Euless, TX store twice, and once at your store in Oklahoma, City near Choctaw Casino.
Those experiences were very troubling to me, and I did express to those managers that they showed very little concern over some price questions I had for them. The woman in your Oklahoma store was down right rude, but ultimately adjusted the price of the item for me. A customer behind me verbally stated how disappointed she was by that manager's behavior, and unfortunately the situation was that apparent to onlookers.
The manager in Euless recently provided some saving grace after I reminded him of his previous lack of great customer service, and this time (last week) he reluctantly went into your product storage room to get the item I was requesting, but only after I had to insist that he check to see if it was in stock using your stock checker. He has been with that store for several months, so I assume he is doing a good job for you, but he lacks enthusiasm for what he is doing. That may be my opinion only.
Here is some excellent news though: Yesterday I had a truly amazing experience at the store in Euless. A young man, I believe is also a new manager, provided the most incredible customer service that I have had in a very long time in a retail store anywhere. He smiled with eye contact, he was enthusiastic, and was also very knowledgeable with questions and processes that I needed help with. He did everything with a genuine effort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Not only was I satisfied, I was VERY SATISFIED. His name is William, and I let him know how delighted I was with his customer service, which is so rare these days. He was so humble about accepting the compliment, but just know that he is definitely a positive reflection of the Walgreen's store brand. I hope you will let him know what an impact he is making. He is the kind of extra-miler everyone would like to experience. I know you have tons of empoyees, but I really wanted you to know about him and the great job he is doing!

Daniel in the photo department was the most helpful Walgreens employee I have ever encountered! I will only go to this Walgreens for my photos because of the customer service I experienced today. He was kind, he went out of his way to try and help me reprint something that wasn’t printing correctly.

Always a great experience when I come in this store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is outstanding as well. Though, this review is for Albert that works at the check out counter. Every time I encounter him, he is so very friendly welcoming and his smile lights up the room. I was having the worst morning the other day, under the weather and just not feeling it and I came in to get meds and just his energy alone made me feel better. He is consistently smiling and just great to be around for the short time I am around. Thanks so much Walgreens for having this wonderful employee! ❣

Excellent service Mr. Wahaj customer representative.the best

Staff are always friendly and inviting. I notice it most when I'm at the register fumbling to enter my number or locate my credit card. I never get the feeling that they are irritated. Another rave is that I called the store today to see if they sold a product. When I asked, the gentleman asked me if there was a specific version of the item, put me on hold, and another employee picked up my call after a few short minutes and told me that they did, in fact, carry exactly what I was looking for. AWESOME, what a time saver. Thank you Walgreens. Oh, and one more thing, I love that you're open at 7am on weekdays when I'm passing by. I'm not sure what time you open but you make it a very convenient stop for me on my way to work.

A great place for medicine and other health services

A well run store, with friendly employees and a helpful manager. The pharmacy and head pharmacist are A+ even when very busy (which is frequently). I suspect the busy pharmacy is due to the excellent staff because I don't think I've seen other pharmacies this busy. I've shopped at this location for at least 15 years.

Helen Sala is a amazing beauty consultant. She showed me Walgreens sales and what products to use. She was very kind and helpful.

I came to this Walgreens because some ding dong photo technician at another Walgreens told me to smile for my passport photo and as it turns out people who take passport images are not supposed to smile. The lady with the glasses and with the rainbow flag on her work badge was happy to exchange the photos for free and take an appropriate photo of my silly Egghead. Super duper thanks to the photo technician that helped me with the rainbow flag on her work badge she was awesome very kind and friendly fast and efficient definitely five stars for this place and for her.

First time at this location, and I must say this pharmacy has the best pharmacy tech in Taniqua. She was super friendly, kind, and patient. The smile never left her face. I am happy to return to this Walgreen's in the future!

I have been a steady customer for years. Pharmacy is busy but most are due to the nature of the business. Pharmacy staff is ALWAYS helpful. I've never had a prescription filled incorrectly. Store is nice.

They are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure customers get what they need.

Just called looking for a medication I need and spoke with Brian. He informed me that they did not have the medication in stock but he will call other locations to see? Wait Whaaaaaaat??!!! I was speechless LoL Any other time I call some Walgreens and ask them to just look in the system to see if other locations have them, they lie and say that they don't have the capability to
do, it which I know is a 100% untrue.. not only did Brian looked in the system to see which location close by had the medication in stockl,he also insisted on CALLING them as well, if when I said I would . I wish all Walgreens had a Brian .Thanks Brian, you are a superstar :) them for me

This is my favorite store to go. The pharmacy staff is top notch and are always the best. I’m greeted pleasantly every time and I could go on and on about how great they are. More stores could learn from these pharmacy employees especially but also the entire staff.

This place always fine, but this morning my cashier was above and beyond! She realized I had a coupon from previous transaction and went through trouble refunding and redoing transaction for me without even being asked!

I just went to pickup a prescription. I did have to wait in line for a while. But their employees are always friendly & helpful.

5 stars to Brian. I was scared about my medicine and he called to check on me the next day to make sure I was doing okay.

Sheri in the pharmacy department is truly wonderful, helpful and patient!

Helen at their beauty counter has the best customer service ever! She always tries to help out and tells you about the sales the store has!

The pharmacy here is great! They work through the line quickly and the pharmacist is always happy to spend time explaining.
