We've been customers of this CVS for about 3 years now, there have been some ups and downs in the pharmacy staffing that I feel have led to some unfairly harsh reviews but in my experience the service has been excellent. For instance, when Kroger became out-of-network for a lot of patients they had thousands of new patient requests and could not serve everyone immediately. But every time we have needed meds the pharmacy staff has been very kind and accommodating.

I shop at this CVS at least once a week. I always find it clean and staff is helpful and friendly. I have had passport photos taken, picked up presentations and just shopping in general and always pleased. I live 6 minutes from the store so I appreciate your store.

My daughter vomited and had abdominal pain. I came here to look for the corresponding medicine. After 10 minutes of searching, I still couldn’t find it. I went to the front desk and asked the clerk. A male clerk helped me and explained the effect of the medicine. He introduced Very detailed, my daughter is also getting better, thanks for his help, this is 3 minutes near my home I think if everyone lives in the meadows, you should patronize this cvs! !

Mister James, Sky, and alllll the other wonderful peeps at CVS are *AMAZING*! I switched over to them from Walgreens, and I'm never going back! Their customer service is outstanding! They always have my meds before I even need them and ready to go! I can not put into words how grateful I am to be a member of a pharmacy that actually cares and respects me and my family. Thank you all for being so kind and compassionate, as well as thorough and helpful! You all deserve a raise and then some! 👏

I called and employee checked on product availability. It was in so I went to store before it was too close. Employee showed me exactly where it was, even got it off bottom shelf for me. I didn’t need anything else so he took me to an open register to complete the purchase.
Fast, friendly, and helpful. It’s rare to get customer service like that theses days.

They really are trying. They’ve got a small staff for the amount of work that they have to do. I see that a lot of people seem to complain about not answering the phones and I am not sure how they answer the phones and help customers at the same time. Please keep up the good work Castle Rock technicians and pharmacists!

Yes they have been short staffed over the last few years but so have many other businesses. STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. Store manager goes behind the counter to help customers picking up medications. This is one of the BEST pharmacies in Colorado.

They are a little shot staffed, but Everytime I go in I see people doing everything they can to help people. The customer service from such a small team is unreal, and it's incredibly unfortunate more people can't see the hard work the people here are doing.

I have never had an issue with this store or the pharmacy. Then again, if you’re following their procedures, I feel things can go very smoothly. Like anywhere else, they have times when they are busier than normal so I always wait for the text messages that say my Rx’s are ready. Going before hand will always ensure issues or a wait and yes, likely irritate the staff. We’re still coming off a terrible couple of years and still dealing with supply chain issues. It’s bound to cause chaos. Usually you get back what you put out as far as kindness. We switched to this CVS from the King Soopers Promenade Pharmacy and there’s simply no comparison. The plain fact that CVS has a process and communication is outstanding. Also, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a live human, whereas KS never answered their phone. Again, follow the process and I find this pharmacy to run quite smoothly and the people to be pleasant.

James went above and beyond when we went through drive through 9/15. I had covid and he got my other meds as well prescriptions. Grateful for such great service as I am out of state.

The staff are great, even though they appear understaffed. But when I get help they are fantastic. I'm not sure what the pay scale is for them but they deserve more, given their patience with some of the patrons I've witnessed lol. I think the managers name is Val or Cal, apologies bad with names. He is very good at what he does, and keeps the place so clean and well stocked. And he's super nice and always helpful.

I've had a wonderful experience as a customer of this pharmacy for over 2 years. Every technician and pharmacist has been helpful and compassionate every single time I've dealt with them, which has been a lot of times. Some of them even greet me by name when I drive or walk up. I just moved away and honestly miss these folks.

Can't speak on pharmacy as I use a different retailers but Rupi and Venz up front are very kind and helpful. Please show everyone some grace during stressful times. Nice selection of items.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy staff. I was worried for a friend who needed meds for an anaphylactic reaction. The meds were not going to be ready until late in the day, and I was concerned about a relapse. The pharmacy expedited filling the prescription and we received the meds right away. Thank you kindly!

I had no issues picking up a prescription here. Was in and out in just a few minutes.

The staff and pharmacy are wonderful here - so glad they're only a few blocks from us. ALWAYS a great experience!

THIS IS FROM A RETAIL ARBITRAGE POV ONLY: For some reason this store gets brand name products and then puts them on clearance, namely in the Beauty/Fashion and Cleaning Supplies (lysol, banvil etc) arena. And for one who is an aspiring Retail Arbitrage Expert, this is a goldmine!

I'm talking they might sell a 3-pack of Lysol wipes for $3 and you can flip those on Ebay for $9 giving you a whopping $6 profit per purchase.

Got a few hundred extra bucks? This place is your hub for treasure!

Trust and believe that you can get good stuff here for cheap and resell it online for more. I don't know why they do it, but please don't stop!

I love and adore this pharmacy. They are always amazing at getting my prescriptions fast and helping me resolve any issues I encounter with authorizations!
