OMG!! Dont go there hungry, too many selections!! Dont expect to have a "quick" shopping trip!!! U can spend HOURS just exploring. If you need to find a special Asian ingredient, they WILL have it there. Great store👍👍

So much selection when it comes to purchasing lunch or snacks. Musubis are better than those made and sold elsewhere. Makisushi and Inari sushi are NOT old rice.

One of the last Japanese grocery stores left. They have a great selection of imported goods as well as wines and liquor.

Kamaaina place to shop for anything for the home and kitchen. Prices are reasonable. Produce is good. Yummy Yummy snacks and takeout food/sushi! We also shop & wait there if we picking up family from the airport.

Great place for japanese foods and products. They have a lot of local hot foods.

I swear I have wrote a review for this place already. Marukai is awesome, I love the Japanese food and products they offer, and I love the fact that the store is open to the public now vs. only to members before. They constantly bring in new Japanese snacks and food vendors to keep things new and fresh. So in summary, I highly recommend Marukai and I do enjoy my time visiting the store.

Don't go there hungry, u will buy more than u wanted, but all is good!!

We just arrived back on island and this was the first place we went! They have an excellent selection of produce that you don't normally find at your typical grocery store. Beautiful variety of yummy foods!!

This place is awesome. Alot of unique Japanese items but don't go there if your hungry because I did. There was so much cooked food that it was unreal. So much to choose from and every single one looked good. I wanted to buy all but finally made my choice after 20 minutes of going around and around the food area. I live on maui and was on Oahu for training. We don't have this on maui so next time I'm on Oahu this is a must stop. I be back...
