Fry's

This store is the best Fry's in Tucson. It's in the same league as Publix in Florida. It's almost too big. Fantastic sales and diversity of merchandise. The only thing I found unacceptable was the cooked food in the deli. Especially the Chinese food. It's awful. And they don't carry madrasala chicken any more...
Last time I was at the deli there were no customers so I didn't take a number. It was very clear that no one was waiting in line, you can see my cart is the only one near by in the pictures below. The clerk reprimanded me for not having a number and stated that he would help me today but next time I better have a number or I wouldn't be helped. Sadly, he was serious. At this point the prepackaged pepperoni was looking good. But I gave him my request and he proceeded to fulfill it without a mask. I thought food service workers always had to wear a mask. Seems like he believes rules are for me but not for him .

Just a grocery store! Friendly staff. Matt up front was very helpful.

I can always count on workers to make me feel that I had a great shopping day. Always helpful ready to help grab that I can't reach. 25+ years of using Fry's as my go to food market.💯❤

From the checkout clerks to the management staff, shopping at Frys is always enjoyable for me. The store staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices aren't too bad either..

I recently had an experience at this particular Fry's and have to give kudos to the assistant manager that helped me.

I was attempting to get to shopping carts apart outside of the store and struggling a bit with getting them apart. At that point the assistant manager Rob came up to where I was with several more shopping carts.

This kind gentleman helped me with getting the shopping carts apart, was extremely professional and courteous. Honestly it was very impressive to see an assistant manager out there helping bring carts in from the parking lot!

I highly recommend this Fry's based on their staff and supervisor's eagerness and capability to help customers when they need it. Excellent work!

The staff is friendly and helpful and deliver great customer service! I had accidently left a bag of groceries at the self checkout and didn't realize it until I had arrived home unfortunately. Upon calling to see if anyone had found it, they said they would replace it. I was beyond happy as it was a good amount of groceries, frys will always be my go to grocery store!

As a new resident from out of state, fry’s is definitely one of my favorite spots. This one in particular always has helpful employees with good customer service as well.

Fry's has everything I need and the associates are helpful and kind. Each store is just a little bit different, but each one has excellent associates who seem to really enjoy their jobs. Prices are great and you gotta love getting those fuel points.

Close to my house, always have plenty of beef to choose from, customer friendly & remember me by name.

It has extra large parking places. My husband loves it. Always has electronic carts when we come to the store. Everybody is friendly. Always shining clean and well stocked. It may be a smaller store, but it's very enjoyable.

Fry's is my main shopping place.everyong s friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great. I have only had on problem at fry's, what are the chances of getting a fake 20 dollar bill back from the selfservice lane. Last week I did ge5 one from my change back, is that common should I have my bills checked or not use the self check out.

Great place to shop for food, kitchen utensils and all the other related household items you need. Their "Fry's Card" saves you money checking out at the register. The employees are always more than willing to help. You can't can't go wrong here.

I love my Fry's. Went to different Fry's today and was told they don't carry lamb, as most of the other Fry's do. I was there specifically to buy lamb chops. I bought nothing.

I just learned about 1st Weds is senior day. I go to Fry's at least twice a week i really liked the atmosphere and service. This store has great people. The people at the pharmacy are and give great service

I always go here for fried chicken. It sells fried chicken that tastes better than the fried chicken restaurants in town, to be honest. And is leagues cheaper than them as well, with 8 pieces for like $5.

Fry's should be an award winning grocery store and it is in my book. Every employee is friendly, well informed and very helpful. The only way Fry's can be any better would be to let me work there.
