Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Went there as I always do to have my hot tub tested. No wait. Spoke with the owner for a bit. It was closing time, but I was not rushed out the door. Always have good results.

I never enjoyed owning a pool before coming to this store, they explained to me how to take care of my pool and now is always spotless.
They upgraded my equipment, now my I have a salt pool water, and I can control everything with my phone. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he went over the whole thing with us. Guys on the store always test my water and I had never been more happy with my pool.
I will be getting my pool resurfaced with them soon.

These people are so helpful. Anthony is very knowledgeable, and they don't go to the process of overselling of what 'you should buy'. All of the staff is great, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Knowledgeable staff and very respectful. They always offer to carry things out to the car for us. I have been using pinch a penny regularly since we purchased our home six years ago. If you have any questions about pool operations, then this is the place to go to. My only complaint is, I wish they would open a store in Haines City (closer to us). If they don’t have it, you don’t need it.

Came to car to help unload bleach jugs, filled them quickly and loaded back into car while another employee took care of our bill.

Staff is really great there and helped me get my pool up and running again prefect.

Unlike other stores they will not try to oversell you, but rather help you find the product that best fits your pool for the best price. I have always recommended this store to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

When we purchased our home with a pool it was the 1st time I have owned my own pool! The 1st pool guy sadly passed suddenly. I started with another company & had terrible service! Our pool always had yellow or green growth, it never seemed clear and my equipment seemed to keep breaking so I had to pay them to install new equipment! Finally I started to use Pinch a Penny & everything changed for the better! They are so professional!
