I had to leave a 5 star review not so much for the store but for the cashier Michael who works in the mornings. That man makes you feel like you walked into a luxury resort or Disneyland. He has such a great attitude and is so full of life. No joke, this man should be the face of customer service in retail all over the world and train others. CVS is incredibly lucky to have him.

I shop online and do the pickup. This has been a great service for me because it is easy. In the store, there is a young man at the 6th Street store that is so helpful and always kind.

Amazing service the woman up front today took care of me and she was so kind as well as the whole staff. Some of the best I’ve seen at the pharmacy. They deserve a round of applause with the service they provide. CVS should be proud to have a pharmacy staff that shows explore service the way they do. Thank you Pharmacy staff !!! Pharmacy staff is great, attentive, found me a much better price for my medication, thank you pharmacy!

I love going to a certain cvs because they always respectfull

I shopped at CVS when I moved to FL in 2005. I shopped there when I worked for Legoland before and after work..I was a bit confused because I haven't been there in years and the store has a different layout but not an issue..there is a very pleasant employee there named Micheal..I haven't seen him in years and was Soo glad to see him I hugged him I pray 🙏🏽 he doesn't get in trouble..Micheal is the most gracious and polite person I ever met..Michael is patient and kind..Micheal is a very great asset to the CVS brand..you should place him in one of your commercials...Thank you Micheal!
Winter Haven CVS

This is the best CVS store by far!! The young man at the front register (Mike) is always friendly, happy and helpful to everyone. He is a shining example of superior customer service. The management team has always been great as well, and they gladly go in the stockroom to get an item if it is empty on the shelf. This is the CVS for me!

I got here minutes after leaving the urgent care and they were already working towards filling my prescription. Everyone is super nice and the whole store is incredibly clean and organized. Highly recommend this store and pharmacy.

I purchased some Bluetooth ear phones in a CVS in Melbourne, FL and figured I'd give it a shot and returned them to the gentleman in the front register, I believe his name is Mike. He didn't even question the return, he grabbed a new pair and said they would take care of it on their end. Mike was awesome to deal with. He examplifies great customer service. He should absolutely be valued and acknowledged. Even my two boy's said he was great.

Best service ever! I came to this store looking for a special soap and the employee who was in the front register was amazing! He just was super nice when I came into the store offering his help if I needed and when I did not find what was looking for I went to him and he new exactly where the product was. Is the first time in many years that I receive this amazing quality of service for someone! I believe his name is Mike! Great employee!!!

My mother and I visited this CVS store to pick up some medicine and hair care products. Our cashier was Denit and she was more than helpful. She explained our options with our coupons and CVS rewards. She was also courteous and respectful during our checkout process. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. :)

Mr. Thomas at the pharmacy was so helpful!! I needed a new vaccine card and he got me taken care of right away! I appreciate his friendliness and fast help.

I get the struggle is hard right now for certain medications but the the women pharmacist at this location has been amazing about checking what she has available, most pharmacies won’t even look! Thank you!

Driving through and stopped for water. Michael greeted us on our way in and checked us out. He was a breathe of fresh air, happy, upbeat and so nice. He put a smile on my face and made my day!

The young man at the front door is very positive, helpful, and friendly. We come out of our way to come to this store because of him. He should be teaching customer service at all CVS stores.

Came in and immediatly was greeted by staff and the bathrooms were clean. One of the best staff members greets you with such light and love. His name is Mike and he is a joy to even be around! Freindly, freindly people!

You guys, I’m constantly on the road for work and i go to a LOT of cvs’s... and mike at the front today was so so friendly that it made me want to give this specific cvs a 5 Star review. Great greeting as i walked in, super helpful, and really brightened up my day! He deserves a promotion for whatever he wants!
