The folks at this Sudbury shop know their birds! They give great advice and helpfully answer all your bird feeding questions. Their Club Membership can save you $$ throughout the year. Nice people. Highly recommend.

The customer service here is just unreal. The people that work here are so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I looked like a real dumb blonde walking in the store with zero knowledge of birds and they gave me the respect of any experienced bird lover. I’ll be heading back there and recommending them to everyone. Customer service should be a model for every business. And the store itself is beautiful with so many different options.

The employees are kind, helpful, and educational! There's a good price range and also a good variety of different feed and products for specific bird types. The loyalty membership is worth it if you are local or want to stock up and they carry what you're looking for!

One of my favorite stores. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable friendly. and helpful. A great variety of everything for the birder from food to feeders, houses, baths and art. They always have time for quality bird conversation and latest sightings talk. A great place to get the birder you love a special gift.

What a great little shop! I went in looking for a yankee swap gift, with no ideas, found one that I wanted. I left with presents for some hard to buy for relatives.

This is a fantastic shop for bird lovers. They have all manner of food, housing, feeders, etc. They have a very friendly staff and they are knowledgeable about many areas of bird watching, bird feeding and bird care. This place is a far cry from the hardware store where one goes in to purchase 50 lb bags of some run-of-the-mill, average quality bird seed. If you're looking for a shop which can guide you in what types of feed to put out for specific types of birds you'd like to attract then this is your place. I do all of my shopping for my wild bird feeding and housing needs here.

My wife and I are novices. The staff was generous with their time explaining different bird feeders, seeds, and winterizing ideas. Limited to 6 customers at a time. Prices are very reasonable. We'll go there again.

Doug helped me with picking out a beautiful Corinthian Bells windchime today. Well made and so heavenly to hear. I also got some more hummingbird advice and a new feeder which takes care of everything. Thanks! :)
