I come here often to ship odd returns or packages and they are so incredibly fast, helpful, and kind. I had Amazon returns and didn’t follow directions and they really helped me out with no issues, and they were so nice about it. I recommend this location highly. The parking can be a bit tough but you get used to it if you go at a time when they’re not too busy (later in the afternoons).

I just want to say... it doesn’t go unnoticed when you see people do a great job at their job. I have been coming to this location almost two years and since the first day, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Customer service is a tough job and I can say that Albert and the team here are doing a great and consistent job. Most recently (literally Friday lol) Albert walked me through shipping some returns properly... and then... I called back a bit later (right before they closed) in a panic because I realize I had shipped something to the wrong address. He helped me right my wrong in a timely and PATIENT manner. I really appreciate his help! You’d do well to come to this store for assistance! Keep up the good work! Thank you! 😎

I have always used USPS & this was my first experience at UPS. Wow! Great service! I will be using them for all of my shipping now. Friendly, fast, helpful service. easy parking in/out.

Friendly and efficient, I go here quite often to pickup and drop off packages. Much more well organized than some other UPS stores that I've been to in the SGV.
