The team at this location are so sweet and caring. I just witnessed them go out of their way to accommodate a Senior and her special needs. Well done!!!!

I come here almost every week at least one day out of the week and it is honestly the highlight of my week just because of the people who are working. Their warm smiles, joy and intentionality to asking how your day is, is what makes me continue going here! As well as, good coffee too:) I don't know the managers name but she always is so happy and it's beautiful and then an employee named Andrew is so intentional with making sure to have a small convo and make your day brighter. This is called amazing customer service!!

15/15 stars for this top contender. Military discount. Very fast and very good. Stick to the game plan and order your favorite coffee (hot or cold) and your favorite donut. my winning combination for today was the French cruller (freshly made btw) and the brown butter latte. This is my Disneyland of donuts. The food and drink are good, but literally every person I have encountered working at this store is upbeat, smiling and seem legit happy to work there. Ms Renee and all her coffee slingers are there every morning without fail passing donuts and smiles to the masses.
Did I break down and get the app so I could earn free coffees? Yes.
Did I start experimenting with cheaper alternatives to my $5 cold brews so I could have more visits for the same money? Yep.
I usually park the car and walk in cause honestly the vibe can set my whole day for success. Best Dunkin I have ever been to. Hands down.

This location is great! The manager who I talked to today was awesome. I couldn't find something from the menu on the uber eats website and he did great to accommodate me. From the moment the sweet lady answered the phone to him struggling with me then just helping me out it was a great experience. It may seem so small but their friendliness really made my day better. Thank you guys! This is actually the further location from where I work but its honestly so worth that extra wait.

Have been to hundreds of Dunkin Donuts, this one has to be the most friendliest. Everyone was greeted with smile and personal touch. High positivity.

Just stopped here to get breakfast; the woman who took my order and the 2 men who brought me my drink and food were very nice. Everyone was smiling and friendly! It started my day off perfectly.

The ladies this morning were so kind and sweet!! They were encouraging each other and I could tell the gentlemen in the back were working so hard. You could tell everyone worked very well with one another and were so positive! You don't see that much these days. My drink and donuts were super yummy too, but mostly I just loved how lovely everyone was there!

I’ve only been twice (don’t typically go to donut chains), but this last time was Thanksgiving morning. The guy that took my order had a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor. It kinda made my day! My breakfast sandwich was a simple egg/bacon/cheese bagel, but it was fresh and perfect. Cold brew coffee was tasty! They all were diligently working a holiday morning and I valued that! The time before was also pleasant, no complaints! I will be returning.

A great experience! Drinks were delicious and staff was so kind and helpful. My drink was a little too sweet for my liking and they were so nice about it and remade it for me with a smile on their face :)

By far my favorite DD location! The staff is always nice and the iced coffee never disappoints. On weekends, I travel a little ways to this location and it is worth it, even with the rise of gas prices. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but I usually get Renee and she is truly one of the best!!

This location has the nicest employees. We live 20 mins away and I drive to FloMo to grocery store and ran out without my wallet. I had my TMobile discount but didn't have enough cash. Told them I'd run home and be back. The young gentleman ran out the door after me and said "It's too hot today". The management there hires the best people. I hope I don't get him in trouble and I will be back to thank him with my wallet next time. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION WITH THE BEST EMPLOYEES!!

The woman taking our order was so nice and upbeat. Very polite, and when we got to the window to get our order (drive-thru) she itentionally leaned to also say goodbye and thank you to me who was sitting in the passenger seat. It made me really happy, because she was also so happy.

This is my favorite Duncan Donuts. I come her to get my iced coffee and they always take the time to get it right! The manager there is amazing Felicia has a great attitude and her customer service is top shelf!!
