This neighborhood location is very convenient. I have been a customer here for many years. There hasn’t been a time that I have been disappointed. They know their paint business. They are awesome at matching colors, as well as other more challenging tasks. The team here is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business for all your painting needs.

Aikon Home remodeling recommended us to buy paint from this store, the staff offered us help to choose the color combinations for our bathroom. They allowed us to use our contractors phone number to get the contractor discount(which was huge). We are very pleased with the service.

I was trying to match a paint color for a touch-up job, and all I had was some dried up paint on the lid of an old paint can. I went to several other places, and they could not match it. Almost out of hope, I tried this Sherwin-Williams store. The staff here are absolutely amazing! The store manager herself stepped in to work with the other staff and spent considerable time and got me a "perfect" match of the color. Without a doubt, if you need paint supplies, this is the store to go to. Truly grateful to them all, and particularly to the store manager.

the staff is extremely helpful regarding product selection. I knew my color but didn't know exactly which kind paint I needed or the differences. Now I know! Additionally, at the time of my purchase the paint was on sale and the associate who assisted me (maybe a manager??) said that if I ran out prior to completing my project that he'd honor the sale price if I needed another gallon. Overall, just friendly and helpful!

Had a great experience at this store when I had to go in for what felt like 1 million paint samples trying to find the perfect white that didnt make my trim look dingy. They knew my name pretty quick and gave good suggestions and encouragement. Good customer service and so happy with my finished project.

I came to this location on Monday morning knowing that I needed a lot of things for a repaint I was doing, but not knowing exactly what I needed. Tee, a store member, went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed! She was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me that I would need for my project. Thank you, Tee!

I usually don't leave reviews, but after I went to this store today I felt I needed to. Jeff helped me out with a tricky project, and his recommendations and suggestions were extremely helpful. It's nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about his job, and knows what he is talking about. Good job Jeff, I'll definitely come back next time I need something.

Very pleased with this paint store. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. They provided all the paint for the entire interior and exterior of our house before move in. Then, we painted other areas about 7 years later; we purchased their Lifetime Paint as usual, more costly than standard, but well worth it as your most expensive cost in painting is the labor.

The paint quality is outstanding, both interior and exterior and vastly superior to the Behr paint that we used before we became loyal to Sherwin Williams. Also, the customer service is great; sales personnel are very helpful and there's always enough of them so that you don't have to wait long if at all.

Sherwin-Williams' customer service agents are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff answered all my questions, trekked around the store with me for items I requested, and checked in the back room when what I wanted wasn't on the floor. I feel confident that if I follow his recommendations, my project will turn out well. I would pay a bit more any day to get this level of expertise, competence, friendliness, and respect. Thank you!

Paint experts. They match the paint perfectly every time, the first time. I don't know if its more expensive than others, but all it takes is one wrong time and you pay twice the paint. Here you save money and time because its always done right. So I will always get my paint here. Simple and smart.

The ONLY paint we use. High quality paint that will last for years, like it should. It seems to take less coats to knock out a room. Outstanding customer service. Their database can pull up previous colors used all with our phone number.

Every guy that works at the Sherwin Williams in Flower Mound is HELPFUL. They greet me when I walk in, they ask if I need help and aren't aggressive sellers. They really are there for the best interest and out to help me.

We went to Lowe's and and an awful experience. We left and found the first Sherwin-Williams we could find. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received in the store.
