Here is the truth about my experience.
It was Saturday afternoon and I was searching for white shoes for church.
Belk was my absolute last hope.
The shoe department was packed.
There were only 2 associates working at first. One of them looked like she was ready to GO HOME. (You know what I mean). And suddenly she was gone.
But the customers were still coming.
You could hear the whispers of the dissatisfied customers.
Two associates had suddenly dwindled down to ONE ASSOCIATE!
I DON’T KNOW HOW THIS SUPER ASSOCIATE (015474) DID IT but let me tell you. SHE WORKED THAT SHOE DEPARTMENT WITH SURE GRIT AND PROFESSIONALISM.
We all received the same excellent service and I’m telling you we (women customers) were everywhere. She provided amazing customer service. I was extremely impressed and very satisfied.
You Go Girl! Thank you so very much.

My baby boy got married a week ago Saturday and Belks had some really nice suits at a really good price and they actually fit me and that was exciting. Nice to be able to go in a place and try something on. I don’t know about this always buying online stuff. I’m grateful that Belk was there for me.

Belk had charity sale last weekend. We saved a lot. We put most of we purchased was put hold until Friday when the big sales begin. Very nice large department store. Christmas department is wonderful.

Had a fun time shopping. Staff is very friendly. I found some great deals!

I was impressed with the way the store was stocked, they had very good selections and the store was pretty well organized! I was happy with the holiday apparel.

Belks is a pleasant store to do shopping. There are great sale items at great prices. The staff is helpful and mannerly. A pleasure to shop there.

I went on a Thursday afternoon just after New Year, January 6, 2022. The store was peaceful and quiet.

The sales team seemed relaxed yet busy. The store had sales going on everywhere 🤗

I'm guessing they are getting rid of their Christmas merchandise. They had sales with items up to 80% off... 😲

Many of the items were very reasonably priced. For example, a $50 item was like $10 bucks. It was almost like thrifting but for brand new items for ex. Clothing, items by Sharper Image etc 50% off.

Overall, I enjoyed my shopping experience at Belk, Mall of Georgia!🥰

Good sales throughout the Buford Ga store. Customer service was very cordial and quick assisting. Two shirts purchased and I love both of them. No problem using my gift card and I was even given a balance on my gift card so that I could use it up immediately and not have to do a call to check the balance. That was helpful to me. Thank you.

No better customer service anywhere! Buying earrings but did not have the app containing my coupon ony phone. Saleswoman was still able to give me the 70% discount! Love this team.

Nice store with brand names that I like such as Columbia. Some items are market 60% off so I went ahead and got me some nice shirts. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
