I visited the CVS on Sardis Church Road, Buford, GA on Jan. 25, 2023, and I absolutely enjoyed my shopping experience. The store was very clean, smelled fresh, very good lighting, and the products were neatly arranged. I was served by a gentleman, who was extremely courteous, professional and possessed a dedication to serve, that one rarely sees. He was very patient with all the customers that were inside, and joyfully assisted everyone, including myself. He was the only one working at that time and he did a spectacular job. This CVS ought to be content to have an employee like this man. For a grade, I give this establishment an A+, and would undoubtedly recommend it to anyone.

The staff member, Donna, nobody in the world could be kind and informative like her. I wish I would have lived near by. I am a regular for CVS. This is the first time out of 100 times to get a super pleasant feeling while shopping it. Or, a Sunday shopping before visiting my pal made me happy! ;)

I was at the pharmacy today after having the worst weekend of my life and Neicy was an absolute god send. My insurance denied a life saving drug I desperately needed today and she was able to get me in touch with the drug manufacturer and I ended up getting my meds at no cost. There was no way I had over 2,000 for this medication so THANK YOU!!! I’m in tears writing this because you have no idea how you’ve helped me today. The world needs more people like Neicy.

At pharmacy A middle age man helped me first said I had nothing for me and walked away, I had to call my daughter’s doctor again to make sure they sent to the right pharmacy. They did I just had a, employee that was difficult poor customer service skills, after speaking to the doc. I had another pharmacist employee help me. She took her time and found out that the reason why I didn’t show up was because I didn’t have insurance which I knew that and I was planning on paying for the medicine. The first pharmacist mid aged man saw it wasn’t covered by insurance and had just told me it didn’t come at all. The man has poor communication skills and needs to go bk to a basic class for customer service, the fact this man also looked like the pharmacy manager is also alarming! Everyone was wonderful except him. I went ahead and called my daughter’s doctor on the update with the lazy pharmacist and know that anyone that doesn’t have insurance is having this common issue. The doc noted to advice his patients from

I hate giving bad reviews but I think this CVS location needs to provide better customer service skills training to their staff. They are in desperate need of this, on the phone, in person, and specially at the pharmacy.

Came to get a rapid covid test and was told to go to another location that they wasn’t attending anyone anymore. Super unprofessional, rude, and even racist. As the Asian Doctor was friendly to the asians customers but rude to the Hispanics there. If I could give zero Stars i would.

I had a very bad experience on this location cashier name Lesley start yelling on my 7 years old kid directly during checkout just because my son say him hello and he asked what you are eating ? Lesley said he like to mind his own business he really started yelling out at my son 7 years old then ,I said talk to me I am here his mother how you could yell at 7 years old like that he just say hello, and what you are eating?. An other customer was watching what happened she defended us and got mad on cashier how could you yell on a kid I really appreciate that lady. Cashier Lesley behavior was awful and at the same time dangerous too the way he act he could harm my child shame on him I did call the head office of CVS submitted my complaint but no one contacted back .

It’s so rude to leave people at the drive through or counter waiting, I understand they’re tending to other pharmaceutical needs or requirements but it’s just part of customer service to tend to a person staring at you rather than making them wait so you can finish notes or fill orders, been coming here 10+ years and it’s always been poor customer service.

Slowest pharmacy EVER. I just needed to get a refill and I was on hold for an hour. Drive through also takes an hour. And this is not a one-time occurrence. There are usually several employees there at a time so I don’t think they have to be as slow as they are. Hopefully they read these reviews as a cue to start making their work system more efficient.

Avoid this cvs location if you need a Covid test. Took a covid test more than 48 hours ago and still waiting on the results. Also, poorly trained staff. I am wondering if the test result was even sent off to the lab, as when I went there to take the test, they didn’t even know how to find my appointment, even the car behind me left because they got tired of waiting. Then when they finally found it, I was asked “you know how to take the test right?” instead of just giving me instructions right away.

I had scheduled my CPR COVID test. Yes the test was fast and easy to do as for the people working there they are not friendly at all and they are not Willing to answer any questions 48 hrs later I still haven’t gotten my test results and I need to fly out 5 am so I had no choice but to pay for a rapid test cost me $269 in Duluth GA the most wonderful place and friendly staff I got my test back in 30 minutes with a print out and a bar code payed $269 but worth it PLEASE AVOID this CVS they are horrible and will hang up on you if you call them to please give you update on your test. AVOID NOT GOOD AT ALL with the PCR COVID Test you Will NEVER GET IT BACK ON TIME.

Wonder why this place has only one start well today I have a horrible time there I got there with two friends we were treated as if we were asking for a favor in order to get attended. Well first I got in the store I found a stroller outside took it in and told the lady a found it and were to put it she just ignored me ( I thought she just didn't hear me) my son needed to use the restroom I took him got back and try to tell her and before I said anything she shot me up saying I know. I just continue shopping when my friends and I were ready to pay I got to pay first the the cashier told us if we were going to pay to do it quick because he was busy there was no one else then there was this product I found which was a week deal thing so I got it the system apparently was not showing the deal so I told look there is a bunch of the and they have a sign that says it can respect that price I asked?
What he did there was a random person he started telling her to talk to me and explain me that was not the product and he can not give it to me on that price which I responded sir I can understand what you are said Im asking you if you can give me in the price it is saying he started to talk more and more and I said you know what is fine can you ask the manager he was like I'm the manager I don't need to call anyone which made upset for the attitude he had and I ask him to let me talk to the general manager and his answer was who do you want me to call a person less the me?
It got me even more upset it was not about the product enymore I wanted to tell someone to give him some more training or something he wasn't offending me but I could totally understand why the lady in from was ignoring me if I had a manager like that I probably will be in a bad mood as well well I told him to forget about it I just wanted to return the product he tried to argue with me I told that it was okay and I just didn't want the product any more and he keep up trying to argue I stop him and him I was not going to argue and needed to return that product there was people behind by that time and he would keep up saying that I was stopping the line and bla bla bla he finally got to call someone else the same lady from the beginning to take care of the customers behind me know Mr. Emmanuel I could understand you were busy and being a cashier takes you time that you could use to do other kind of things in the store but I'm a customer and that is really not my fault so please your customers have their own business and we are not there to hear how hard is your jod so please be more professional as a general manager for what I know about managers you were just so unprofessional and cvs if you read this please give him some training he really needs it and that may help this store get better rates having a good boss makes employees happy and happy employees do better job and keep better attitude.

Pharmacy is rude rude rude! It’s like you are a bother to them. Try somewhere else before subjecting yourself to this treatment. This store is the WORST customer service pharmacy. Too many other competitors to choose from.
