Vera Bradley

I cried when I realized there was an actual Vera Bradley store because I’m used to being on their website! I didn’t actually know they had a physical location! Love this location and will be returning!

Went to but the Harry Potter collection and the lady there was the most sweetest person ever. She helped me with everything. Showed me all the styles I asked for also it was my birthday weekend she gave me discounts for that too. Best experience ever. Would definitely go again.

The associates at Vera Bradley know me by name. They’re always super nice . The manager Karen (real name) is the sweetest. Every time I go there she asks how I am doing and sometimes just purses and laughter can make me feel better than when I walked in. I’ve never experienced a time they did not go above and beyond, finding my products that were not on the floor and had to go in the back. I hope they know I appreciate them. See you guys soon.

We went last week looking for a gift with my friend. The manager and the girl working on the floor were super nice. They helped us pick the right purse. She even went to the back and brought us the bag in a fifferent color. They were also playing with my baby and making him laugh. My friend actually went back this week and bought me the purse I liked.

Stopped in to pick up my daughter's wallet that she requested. Very cute store. Always a pleasant experience everytime I visit.
