My husband and I purchased a tool chest/cabinet combo from here and it was a very good deal. The sales associate Miles was an amazing employee. He helped us load it in our truck and he was very polite and friendly. He deserves a raise.

My family loves having Menards on the NE side of Springfield! Staff are helpful and they carry a great assortment of quality products at a reasonable price. They also have a fair return policy.

Amazing customer service. They went out of their way to help me. I am not a contractor or a construction worker, but I can assure you the individuals here are knowledgeable and very much willing to help. I would encourage everyone who is looking for home or appliance needs to make sure to visit this establishment. It is second to none.

We don't have this chain of home improvement store where I live, so we always love to stop by when we're passing through Springfield. The selection is unbeatable and it would take hours to just to browse everything available. The lighting section is easily 4 times as big as Lowes or Home Depot with every design you can imagine. They also have groceries, a great selection of coffee, and snacks/candies you'll have difficulty finding anywhere else. Certain times they also have an automatic mail in rebate of 11% to help you save money.

We had a great experience buying our shower. Two guys helped us and they were so friendly. I appreciate that we could pick it up and take with us. Went to another, orange colored store, and we could only have the same shower delivered. It was delivered broken twice Thank you for having it in stock.

A lot of stuff is cheaper than Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. My hubby & I have spent about 3.5 hours in the E Chestnut location & still haven't been through the entire store! Some great deals & not quite as great deals... Overall, LOVE THIS STORE!!!

We came in looking for something specific but didn't find it. I was able to find a few boards for my craft business. Staff was friendly when we couldn't find something. Our cashier was friendly. He was on his way to go outside to help with carts but before he walked away he said have a good night. His name was Blaise.
Bonus the bathroom was clean.

One of the cleanest home improvement stores you are likely to find. The staff are attentive and the prices are good. You will find things that are not on your list... and you will buy them. It's ok. I give you permission.

Welcome to Menards mega store! The selection and depth of inventory is impressive. Menards has more than just interior decorating and DIY repair items, they have the inventory to build any structure you need.

I originally rated the pick up service a one star nine months ago. I decided to use them again because the prices are hard to beat with the 11% discount. I have to say they have stepped up their game and as a small business owner I will continue to use them for the great prices and service. Thank you for reading the reviews people post and for making changes to better serve your customers. I have withdrawn my previous one star review and replaced it with this one. GREAT JOB to all team members!!

We love Menards! It's always easy to get what we want and go! Employees are always helpful. Whenever we ask where something is, the employee will drop what they're doing and walk us over to it! Love that! And the prices are always just as good or better than other places!

I love this store. Once again beating the big box stores, i got a chainsaw repair kit for $13 that the other stores were selling for 25. And this one had more stuff. iPhone charging cable, three bucks, even at Walmart it’s gonna be 10. Ugly dog, sweaters, five bucks, at Walmart seven.

Great prices that beat all competitors. The interior is so organized and easy to find. The employees are always ready to help and get me what I need. The pickup stations are simple to understand and best I’ve ever seen. Overall, best distributor for all your needs and wants.

Greatest place ever have remodeled our whole house from this store

Manager was super nice and helpful. I wasn't able to get the bathtub/shower faucet I wanted because they were out of stock at both stores in town, but I did end up purchasing a better quality Delta for $50 more. The price comparison on bath faucets right now puts Menard's equal or cheaper than Home Depot and cheaper prices across the board as compared to Lowe's. The better prices come into play after counting in the 11% rebate. I love my rebate checks. They always make me feel like I'm getting a great price on stuff. And sometimes they are big enough that I can get my entire purchase paid for with the rebate. Rebates do take a little time to come in the mail, so you have to be patient and they can only be used to purchase items in the store, not resealable for cash. Bummer.

I am surprisingly pleased with what was in this store. I’ve never been to a Menards before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It is as if you put a WalMart and Home Depot in one store, and it’s incredible. The prices are pretty comparable to those said stores too. We spent more than we thought we would, but we’ll still be back in the future.
