AT&T Store

My AT&T rep was so friendly AND knowledgeable about all the promotions available, all the phones available, different family plans etc. In short, she answered every question, and tailored a new plan for us that was not only a bit cheaper for us, but SO MUCH more beneficial for us as a family, with many more features than our old plan. Top notch service!!

My daughter and I were very pleased at how quickly we were assisted in store, our customer service representative, Sonia, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, made our experience very pleasant! My daughter is very happy with her new phone!

I worked with a lady named Sonia and she was amazing anyone going into AT&T for anything needs to ask for Sonia she is very knowledgeable and a delight to work with.

My daughter had a wreck where her car became completely in flames. Her cell phone was destroyed along with all her IDs. Mason Jensen at this ATT store worked diligently to ensure her service was restored to a new iPhone and helped with her insurance claim on the destroyed iPhone. I cannot begin to tell you how much he helped us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We are so very grateful for him.

She was great. Did all she could do for her in the store. Talked us into buying a second pair of iPod pros. Best experience I’ve ever in that store$!

Wonderful Customer services!!! I was in the store Today with Mr. Mason. I had a problem trying to get my time passcode so I can delete my information for my old phone and Mr. Mason was incredibly helpful by assisting me.. AT&T needs more Employees Like Mr. Mason. Thank you so much for your help.

I was in the store today with Mr. Daniel Hollis. I want you to know that hes very experienced in his job. Very well, polite, and he went out of his way. I'm a senior citizen and a widow to help me. Working with my device which was a bad problem. Mr. Daniel is good. I'm well pleased with him. And I would like to give a excellent. Let me know how well and polite he is.

Daniel was incredibly helpful with troubleshooting an issue pairing Apple Watches. He made the support experience very simple, and that was much appreciated!

My wife and I went here yesterday and had a great experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and someone helped us less than five minutes being in the store. Quon was who helped us and he was fabulous! He was personable, patient, and helpful. The manager whose name I do not know checked in on us as well and seemed like she was very much liked by the staff. Also the store was clean and organized well. Highly recommend!

Customer Representative greeted us at the door. He directed us to a table. We told him that we wanted to change our plan. We had questions. What he didn't know he would find out. He directed us to a plan that fit us perfectly. He told us the advantages of auto pay and we enlisted into that as well. We were very satisfied with Kenny

I’ve had great experiences at this store and I’m very impressed with the professionalism and level of service. Austin was very helpful in getting me the phone I wanted. He demonstrated new features of the phone and assisted in transferring data over from my old phone. I wasn’t interested in any other products or services at the time, but I feel informed on just about everything AT&T offers. My first visit to this store I was assisted by Bianca and I appreciated how quickly she was able to setup my new service and all of my answer questions. All in all, great staff and look forward to coming back.
