Service department is great. They handled my issue pretty quick so I could have my vehicle back for when I needed it. The service tech very knowledgeable and great to work with. The service writer (Lisa), is great. Very personable and a joy to speak with. She is always busy but takes the time to listen and go over everything with you. I have had to get a couple things done with this department now and both experiences have been great and they have taken care of me

Had brought my 2016 RAM 2500 for service. They addressed the issue as best they could and got me back on the road....until. I got about an hour down the road and another service light came on. I just couldn't trust this truck anymore. I had already been dealing with Hailey Champagne, a sales rep, about options in case this happened . She stood beside me through the the entire process. Heck she was the one that helped me unload my old truck in the rain. SUPER PERSON. Well, she and the Benoit Team got me back on the road in another truck and I couldn't be happier.

BJ Bowen did an amazing job. He was professional, fast acting and extremely helpful in getting me in the car I wanted. I did not have to worry if he was taking care of the paperwork because he was on it the whole time. Lyndsie was great also. They handled everything with me via text, email and phone since I live an hour away. Will definitely recommend them.

Went in looking for a Jeep Gladiator and salesman David Wix helped me with finding the perfect one that fit me best. 10/10 would definitely recommend dealing with him if you are wanting the best experience.

Great folks here! 👍 They didn't have to but they did go out of their way to help us w/ an incredibly terrible Budget electric car rental experience on a holiday weekend. I can only believe that if Mr. Reeves, the service manager here would do this for a couple of stranded folks from out of town & left w/ no other options and in a brand of vehicle that they don't even represent, then you'll be in good hands here w/ sales and service for a vehicle you will actually purchase from them. 😉

Visited Benoit CDJR for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff had me in and out within an hour. In addition they serviced my vehicle for a current recall and inspected all within the hour. The staff was both nice and informative and their prices aren’t what you would expect from a dealership.

Randy was amazing from start to finish. Most of the leg work was done for me via text message and online, so when I got there, all I had to do is test drive, inspect and sign. Great early Christmas gift for my Princess! Highly Recommend!
