I had an issue with the app yesterday. When I went in to resolve it this evening, the manager and staff were super helpful, courteous and very attentive. It was the best service! Highly recommend Leesville DQ!

Ice cream machines are always working.
The dining room and the outside is always neat and clean.
The you g people who work there are always kind, polite, and helpful.
Did i mention that the ice cream machines always work?!

I had a silly request to celebrate my child's birthday. He insisted for his absolute favorite ice cream cake. We did a Hogwarts theme and I wasn't sure if DQ would be up to the task of completely frosting the cake and misspelling some words for me. I am so thankful for them meeting my unusual request and helping add to the magic of our birthday celebration. Thank you Leesville Dairy Queen. I truly appreciate you!

The cashier was friendly and had an amazing sense of humor. Ordered ice-cream and well one of the employees in back messed up one and gave us a free one. It's not in a bad location either. It was very clean and nice

Although the line was long and the wait time was also. Miles, could be seen doing everything to keep the line moving. Walking to cars with drinks taking payment to the building. Friendly and amazing. I’d wait in a long line if I knew Miles was working. Highly deserving of a raise/promotion. Thank you! Having outstanding customer service can change any attitude, many places will be busy and lack in that department. This place however, nailed it.

Where to begin? The ambiance? The cleanliness? The customer service? The parking availability? The banana spilt split my brain in half with it’s perfect balance of whip cream, pineapple, strawberry’s, and chocolate. The warmth of the banana matching the coolness of the ice cream, impeccably done. Would recommend. Would crawl over used needles across America for this DQ.

Super late review but my family and I dined in on 10/29/22. Service was outstanding. Food was great! Employees were very friendly and fast. Planning to visit again soon

For me, it's the Flamethrower. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra Flame sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for Flame sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Dairy Queen worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Dairy Queen restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large M&M Blizzard Treat with hot fudge instead of chocolate, 1-2 times for ice cream on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in Flame sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

I went there two times this past year with my grand children who requested an ice cream cone. Their prices are reasonable and they have a drive thru window. The food was great. Did not make anyone sick. Sometimes that happens with soft serve ice cream. The employees were very nice and courteous.

Food came quick and was very fresh. I had the flamethrower burger with cheese curds, both tasted great. I wish the flamethrower burger was a bit hotter, but next time I'll ask for extra Jalapeño. The drive-thru attendant was good too.

We visited this location on 2/6/22 right around noon. The staff that was on duty were very friendly. The store was clean and the food was served quickly and HOT!

Great food and service. Excellent atmisfer with happy employees. The only bad thing is when you leave you have to drive a half a mile east to get back towards town.

I love DQ Ice cream. I go just for the ice mostly, it's pretty Amazing. DQ Burgers & Fries, Baskets are all family favorites. Go get you some DQ.

My kid ordered a blizzard and I forgot they turned the cup upside down and almost had a heart attack. Good food, great ice cream.
