7-Eleven

Last week, we stopped by here for gas, drinks, and a few other items, and I was welcomed by the cashier as she stocked the drinks, store smelled so clean, and she was SO friendly, polite, and extremely pleasant, working extremely hard!! It was around 9:30am beginning of the week, and I must say very IMPRESSIVE!! We continued to stop by several other times during last week as well, same type of positive attitude(s) (Friday two ladies were working) and yesterday same repeat of good customer service! We live on the opposite side of town, and waited to stop at a convenient store until we came to this seven 11 because of the experiences we've had here. So many people would rather make rude, nasty, comments and complain but I needed to make sure that I put out POSITIVE comments where credits due. Thanks so much for the great experience and will keep returning here, everyone deserves to be told thank you for being kind and keeping a clean store! Positivity and KINDNESS goes a very long way!

Visit here almost daily for my afternoon snacks.

I enjoy this location friendly attendance. Always cleaning and pleasant atmosphere in a not so pleasant area of Charlotte we've typically had gone here early in the day for I understand the area is a little different after dark we do have a few people who are hanging out with a hand out in the parking area some days and I understand that it is not an easy time for us all over the past few years but for the most part we have been hassled very little in our own personal experience so I can speak to the others who have not been able to say the same for the most part I feel like I am not in danger during the early morning on the days we have been here . Store is clean bathrooms welll maintained by the staff and stores stoked for the most recent product and easy to locate. Soda and coffee area is always a very nice place to get a Soda so I feel thats a good store to visit sincerely pleased SidiouS ☆☆☆☆condition

The 7-Eleven Gas station improved after the last bad time I came. The employees are cool and they got the best latte coffee so far!

Customer service good. Store is clean. No vitamin water in the fountain or in the bottles?

Receipt did not print as the gas pump. Long line inside but I will give credit to the two people working the registers. They were fast and friendly.

Just left this store and was told that I couldn't play the lottery, because it was closed. It was 9:00 and I know it doesn't close until 10:00 pm. I play every night after work, same time. I will be contacting the manager or corporate, because people who work at these places need to do their jobs and stop being lazy. I am adding to this review, on February 26, 2019. So, do you guys close the lottery at ten or nine pm? I was in there about a week ago and there was a sign on the desk by the register that said, lottery closed, it was 9:40. Just let me know, I won't stop there again.

They appear to no longer be 24 hours at this location

I went in saw pepperoni pizza for $8.They rang it up fir 8.49 plus tax and would not sell it to me for $8 even thought they advertise it right in front below chicken wings.This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!.AND FURTHER MORE THEY NEED TO BE FINED FOR IT.!!!!

Just adding onto the other reviews of the stores hours being so inconsistent. I don’t know why this hasn’t been addressed by now. They had a sign up tonight at 8 o’clock saying cards or exact change only, understandable, so I go to get out of my car. They let me walk all the way up to the door and then tell me they’re closed. Not closed for stocking. Be back in five minutes, no explanation, just closed. I went back by about two hours later thinking maybe… But nope. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating. Especially when I can see the employees inside just standing there or walking around but refusing to let you in. I’m curious if management knows about this cause I don’t see the point in paying someone to be at the store if it’s not going to be bringing in any revenue. There’s been a few times that I’ve needed to use the ATM last minute and they won’t even let me in to do that.

I’ve lived next to this 711 for six years. The staff is fine, I just run in and run out. The issue is the miscommunication about their hours. This store is NOT 24 hours, they say they close at 10, but it’s been closed at 9:40 before. This store is a wild card when it comes to hours. Update your hours, then stick to it.

This has happened thrice now: at hours such as 7:30/8pm: employees are putting up this sweet paper sign that only doordashers/food delivery services can come in. Unreal. I’m done with this location. Even during hours until 10pm, this store is not open!
Whoever confirmed this store is opened 24 hours 4 weeks ago is on drugs.
Do yourself a favor, go to Idlewild’s 711.
It’s actually open.
I don’t know what this location is doing, but it’s bizarre.
This convenient store offers no convenience. You’ll want to eat glass if you stop here.
By the way, if you need gas, or anything that is inside, you’ll be locked out. Apparently it’s now a dasher hub?

If I could give the store a zero stars I would. And every single one of the women that work at this location specially, on the night of January 3 they have the nastiest attitudes and should really be taught what customer service is. I was so disgusted walking out of that store. Learn some manners!!!

7 eleven rudest worker works here!!! They need to fire her ASAP!! I am SURE you guys received complaints about her. I was welcomed with the nastiest attitude. She is racist and thinks she can intimidate costumers. I don’t know her name but she works during the day, always with a bad attitude!!! First time I’ve met a 7 eleven employee racist worker. SMH
