Came here to get my wife some shoes. The people who work there were knowledgeable about there product, they were very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for them to return after going in the back room. The only thing I find tough is my sone wears a 15 going on 16. So it’s hard to find shoes and he wants to try them on in the store and not have to do it online. How often do you have larger shoe? At the time we were there, your store lost its internet connections, while we were at the register. The cashiers were pros, they handled the growing line with patience and professionalism. If I could review them on my own I would definitely give them more stars.

I needed a new pair of Brooks Ghost 14 running shoes.
Joshua assisted nicely at checkout. He was friendly and helpful. I told him the gentlemen in the back in shoes were extremely patient and put up with me wanting to see the shoes in multiple colors before making a decision. Joshua said it was Jean and Quinton helping me in shoes. All three sales associates were terrific and brightened my Saturday. Thank you.

Was looking for doing some last minute purchase to my first family camping trip. The store manager Anthony not only helped me with my queries but also better options. He even stayed late past the closing time to help me with my purchases. Even Rachel, the lady working the cash register was very friendly while I was the last customer on their Friday night. They got a customer for life. I am recommending this store to all my friends.

I went to the shoe department and a girl by the name of Natalie greeted me. She was so nice and had a lot of knowledge on the style I was looking for. She definitely went out of her way to make sure I had the right shoe for my running marathon. I tried looking for a manager to let them know of how pleased I was with my experience but was running a bit late that day. I hope a manager is able to see this and give Natalie recognition on such great customer service!

Shout out to Marcos in the Bikes section. He and Eric walked me through multiple options and helped me pick a excellent bike at a great price.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nolan in the golf department!!! He was a huge help with getting a new driver for my husband. I brought it current one for reference, and the exact one he needed wasn’t available, so Nolan switched the heads easy breezy! Thank you! I’m sure he will be over the moon for his birthday!

The people at Dick's bend over backwards to help you. Their people don't know much about kayaking, but they really try. The return policy is fantastic. They have the best prices around.

Always a good place!! Staff super helpful when either trying to find or order something they don't have in stock. Good variety of new styles and products. Usually my first stop for sporting goods.
