I just love this store and location.

I was that last minute rush into the store 5 minutes till closing, and we all hate being “that” person but it was a mild personal emergency realizing I left my body wash at home before coming out on vacation and the team here wasn’t bothered in the least by me and my last minute rush in. I love me some Bath and Body but the team members this evening were just so friendly and easy going and that was such a pleasure.

Great store, we loved the sale and the outlet, will go back very soon!

I love this particular bath and body works. The staff is always very helpful. I'd much rather go to this store than the one at our mall. Tons of parking

Kyleigh is a rockstar! All of the employees were great, but she went above and beyond- not just with me but with everyone that walked in the door. Her customer service skills were amazing and she was so knowledgeable about the product. I came in looking for 2 scents to find out they no longer sell them (kaleidoscope and comfort), but Kyleigh suggested several scents to me that she felt would be similar, even mentioning the notes that they had in common with what I was looking for, spraying scent cards for me, bringing me alternatives from around the store, and all without being pushy or making me feel like I was being sold to whatsoever. I walked out with more than I had even planned to purchase, and feeling happy about what I chose and my experience there. There are some qualities in an employee that just cannot be taught, such as the ability to connect with a customer and strong initiative. Unfortunately it’s rare to see these days. All this to say that I hope this girl gets a promotion, or at least a raise- she deserves it!

All the times I've visited this store I'm always greeted with a smile the staff are all super sweet and welling to help

Love to stop in anywhere we are shopping. That's one store my husband will go in with me, he loves the fresh smell. Always buy their foam hand soap. Buy stocking stuffers there, too.👍

i didnt really know what I was looking for but thankfully one of the ladies there is fluent in airheadese and knew exactly what i wanted and hooked me up with epic raspberry scents and now i smell like a raspberry

I went there today and the woman at the counter was very helpful! I had two coupons I wanted to use, but didn't realize they weren't valid until this coming Monday. I was kind of bummed, but then she informed us that there is a current coupon that lets you buy one free item with a $10 dollar purchase. She told my mother and I where to find it but my mother refused to look on her phone so I was kind of SOL. She then told us she had the coupon with her and that we could use it, so I was still able to get what I wanted! Didn't get her name, though! Very good customer service from her! We were in there around 12:30 or so and she was the only one behind the counter :)

Had so many fragrances to choose from and was very organized. Also the customer service was wonderful everyone was willing to help!

The employees are all so very nice and I don't feel like they are too pushy, like in other BB stores. They are also very helpful.

New fragrance retiring old scent. Kinda hard to start over. But the sales lady was wonderful. Great experience.
