The Fresh Market

This is by far my favorite TFM location. It’s always so clean and well stocked. It is a smaller location but they have everything I’m looking for. The staff is always friendly as well. The young man at the Deli counter near closing time (11/21) was very helpful and so kind. It makes a big difference when you don’t feel like your a burden when you need assistance with something. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by so it’s refreshing. I look forward to more holiday shopping at this location.

I love shopping here. All of the employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Hope went above and beyond helping me put together fantastic selections for a charcuterie board. It turned out incredible and my guests were really impressed. Hope made me look like a pro in charcuterie boards which in fact it was my first time making one. Thanks Hope!!!

It’s always a very clean and well stocked location. It’s easy to find fresh and organic foods here. It’s on the higher priced side for grocery, however the food quality is superb.

My friend ordered a cake from this store for my birthday.It’s delicious,smooth and has rich chocolate taste😋😋😋

Amazing grocery store compared to Foodlion and Bi-Lo. Produce section and Meat Department were organized and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Kevin the Manager takes good care of this store and his employees because it shows!

Nicholas in the meat department was so helpful and pleasant despite being the only person with a rush of customers. Organized and efficient to move through the queue while still smiling!!

Great little super market for higher end, boutique shopping. Not a huge selection, but good enough if your looking for something nice.

If I need to grab a quick healthy lunch or have a sweet craving, this is the place to go! They have an amazing bakery that makes the most delicious cookies and pastries. Their croissants are better than than most I’ve ever had. Shout out to Carrie all of the cashiers, who are awesome and do an amazing job!

Apparently the review doesn’t show up unless u post five stars. Just to be clear, I would NOT give this location 5 stars anymore!! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE ZERO STARS if I could!
My most recent experience was 6/11/2023, I work right beside The Fresh Market so I decided to pop in for hot wings from the hot bar & got food poisoning 15 min after eating. I had to leave work early and was sick for the following 48 hours. I was and still very disappointed.

Idk what they’re doing here, but whatever it is is working. the staff is so helpful and friendly. I appreciate their hard work. and the Bakery and Deli cooks? God bless them. they make cooking so easy for me. everything i get and make from here gets complimented. Please don’t remove a thing. but i would ask if my favorite Saratoga red white and blue chips be stocked more often :)

The Fresh Market makes grocery shopping a treat. From the moment you walk in, there is beautiful music and orchids and smiling grocery clerks and free coffee in little cups. The Fresh Market is smaller but it has all my favorite products! It is an especially good place to shop for organic products. I actually look forward to my shopping trips here.

I love this small neighborhood market. Fresh produce, meats, and premade meals. It expensive but worth it!

I really like to go here for the family meal deals. All the ingredients are together and you can grab and go. Great for a busy family like mine. They also have a great selection of coffee you can freshly grind at the store. I like you can get small amounts of beans from bulk that way you always have a fresh batch.

This store's deli has fantastic spinach artichoke dip and fiesta layer dip made in-house by Gwyn. Took to a party and everyone loved it! Call her at the store ahead of time for special orders. She is amazing!

There are so many supermarkets in Charlotte now. Fresh Market has specialized in niche areas. The one I like best is their fresh fruit which often includes very unusual and unique fruits of high quality that aren't found at any other market in the region. Their meat and fish is also excellent. For 4th of July we bought baby back ribs; they were the best I have ever had.

We ordered the Valentine's Day meal for two. We received a beautiful dozen roses, chocolate covered strawberries, a large fresh piece of chilean sea bass, a large fresh piece of filet mignon, a generous portion of whipped marscapone mashed potatoes, and asparagus all for under $50. Included was a reusable shopping bag and cooking instructions. Better than restaurant quality. We couldn't be more thrilled to cook together and enjoy this special day with all the bells and whistles safely.

Bought flowers for Valentine's day on Thursday and roses looked horrible by Saturday! So I came back to buy more for my wife because I felt so bad. I explained what happened and Anne just gave me a fresh dozen and said she was sorry it happened. Great customer service, KEEP IT UP!

We ordered Thanksgiving meals and everything was remarkably delicious. Served 4 adults with left overs. Thank you, Fresh Mkt for making our family gathering so rememberable .

This is a great supermarket for specialty items. It is smaller than Publix and Harris Teeter but it is not trying to be everything to everyone. The ambiance is inviting, relaxed and cozy. Go and aee for yourself. You will like it. 😊
