The customer service at this facility is top-notch! The staff was extremely helpful when I had a malfunction with my unit door, quickly transfer me to another unit and accommodating me with no issues. Would definitely recommend this specific location/facility in Glenn Heights TX!

Very professional, very quick work getting me my unit. I actually messed up and got a smaller size than I wanted and they were able to fix it and get me the bigger correct size without any trouble. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

The company is going downhill, and every month for the past few there have been autopay issues and inconveniences. The managers at the office are great, if they aren’t in the office you can easily find them out on property doing a lot of trash cleaning and property checks. Even though they can’t give clear answers on why Store Space keeps having such billing issues, Becci and Natalie have stayed as positive as ever. Aside from these obstacles the company is creating through their customer service, these women are so people centric I’m not mad at them. But the company is lucky to have them, without them I would take the hit on moving costs and head right down to the Extra Space by Hampton Road in DeSoto. Becci and Natalie, stay gold sweet hearts, you rock!

Ms. Becky has been amazing! From day one a year ago up until now! She’s very helpful. Price only went up $10 bucks since I’ve been with them and that was once. Thanks Becci! Natalie is awesome too!

The process was super easy and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I don't remember the gentleman's name that got me set up but he was fantastic. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining the next steps. Becci, the manager is great also! Once I got on site, she completed the process, walked me to my unit, and answered all my last minute needs.
