Easy entrance, quick service.

You go to get gas with the intention to Pay at Pump so you don't have to enter the store and to practice safe and social distancing. Only to get to any of their pumps and the receipt dispenser is out of paper or dysfunctional. How many times will a customer who chooses to pay and get a receipt at the pump has to go inside the store and inform the attendants of the issue? Still, no resolution.

There’s a sign on the outer window, advertising 16.9 oz zen water 2/2.88. I go inside and there was another sticker on the drink fridge, stating the same AND a sticker advertising the 1L bottles 2/3.50. I get to the counter and checkout. As I’m checking out my kids come out the bathroom and I absentmindedly paid for my purchase. Fast forward..I start driving home and turned around when I realize that I paid $6.20 for two bottles of water. I went back in and questioned it. The cashier points it out to the lady employee and she proceeds to take the decals off the fridge door and tell me they weren’t supposed to there. She followed with they can’t change the price and I can’t get my money back.

Now being the math major that I am, I know that the cashier did over charged me, regardless of that price. The normal price is 2.89 or 2/4.50, so even without the special deal, I shouldn’t have paid $6.20. Somebody please point me in the direction of management.

So I went up to the place to grab a couple of sodas with my food card. Mind you I have been in this neighborhood for about 3 years and this a store I frequent. There was a new lady working there, older dominican with blonde hair, rude with a nasty attitude talking rudely like she didn't want to check me out. She told me my card didn't work and she didn't know the code to punch my numbers in. So I ask for the number to the store and managers name so I could call back and talk with her. She somehow found the code and I got my drinks. I didn't appreciate the treatment at all. That's the first time I ever experienced that kind of poor customer service there. She needs to be checked. Girl if you reading this get your act together.

Pay at the pump doesn't work, when I tried to leave my license and credit card, I was told they couldn't start the pumps, I must pay 1st. I drive a company truck and full up daily, there's too many gas stations to have problems trying to get gas. This exxon lost out on my daily business.

Got gas today and my van immediately started running badly, this is also the first place in the area to raise their prices every time. Would not recommend.
