She knows how to do her job great. I have a special needs child age 18yrs and got a phone for her. The lady helped me in every way she knew how to set it up for her use and make it safe for her to watch movies and listen to music.

I went in yesterday around 4:30-5 to get a phone because I already had a SIM. I told the young lady that I had a "prepaid SIM" and I was needing a phone, she said she didn't understand what I meant???? I then explained that I bought the "prepaid SIM" from Wal-mart and I was wanting to get a phone from there. She still said she didn't understand what I was needing?!! She was obviously high or something but after explaining a third time that I wanted a phone to put my SIM in she said I could get any phone but she says I had to pay the price of the phone, plus the upgrade price?? Why would I have to pay an upgrade charge? And I said, I didn't want to pay almost $150 for a phone and she said "didn't Walmart have any phones?" They did in fact and I paid $60 for it! I was in contract with Cricket for years and love the service but I chose to go prepaid! Still keeping the service!

I love cricket. Our service is so much better than with mobile nation and total unlimited is $30 a month less. Emily is so patient with us and always makes sure we understand the nest way to use our phones
