Very good two story Nordstrom rack with a large men's and women's selection. I really like that the men's section here isn't just a small corner like some other Nordstrom Racks in the U.S. the staff here is also very friendly, the store (for the most part), is very organized. Honestly have no complaints related to this location, and I'm actually surprised about how many Burberry and MCM pieces they have.

Very good Nordstrom Rack, with a good choice of makeup and bags. I like to stop by when I'm going to movie theatre here.

I visited this Nordstrom Rack location for the first time recently. Better selection vs the Kirkland-Totem Lake -&- Lynnwood locations. Store was tidy and easy to shop. The checkout clerk, Felix, was friendly & professional. They helped me change/update my info for Nordstrom points. I would shop at this location again 😊

Nice place. Much less crowded than other locations probably because it's our of the way of the main part of the mall.

It's not the largest store but they tend to have quite a large stock of items. We love shopping here. Be aware that due to it's location it can be super busy at times especially at checkout.

Bought some pants and shoes here before. Men's section tends to be lacking in lots of items but no surprise.

Always bringing in new inventory so each time you go is a fresh experience. Found designer dress at over 65% off for a special event.

Selection of clothing and shoes is decent. They have women's shoe sizes starting as small as a 5. My mom has tiny feet and this is the only place she can find a nice pair of dress shoes that fit her.

It is just a pleasure to meet people who work here. Always friendly, polite, ready to help. I've lost my purse today on the first floor, and I realized that I lost it only 4 hours later. I did not believe I would find it, but I came back and asked for help - and here is my purse!!! John helped me to find it, and I appreciate it a lot! Thank you, guys, for great service!

I had a work event I had to dress up for. I had just moved to Seattle. Didn't have a suit with me .
Felix Mendoza is awesome. She helped me pick out my suit, tie and my shoes. Made sure everything was perfect even the correct colors. She had everything down to the smallest details.
When I showed up to the event. No one even knew who I was.
I hope this store takes good care of their employees. As great ones like Felix are hard to find.

Having never been a big fan of Nordstrom Racks I was a bit surprised at how pleasant it was on a Tuesday afternoon. Of course taking a wheelchair along has changed my views of several places. The lady helping was kind enough to save things and then set them out in the handicap changing room, making it less of a challenge. (And the bathroom was big enough to turn around in.) Pleasant shopping.

Nicely laid out store. Needs more men's body care items. Luke, an associate, was helpful and nice. Also kind on the eyes! Would check this store again before the long walk to the the Nordstrom across the street behind the mall.

This is the best Ravk location anywhere. No feeling of being in a bargain outlet store. Helpful staff, neat arrangement. No piles anywhere. Easy to walk through. I hesitate to tell people how great to two story location is because it's such a wonderful shopping experience here. I don't feel I'm losing much from Nordstrom across the street except for the custom made suits!

Love the Rack in general, but this one ties for first with Totem Lake Rack for me and it totally just based on what gets stocked. In general, the Bellevue location has better parking experience typically and the staff seems just a touch more friendly, but Totem Lake tends to keep better stock on a more consistent basis (probably because it's lead frequented than DT Bellevue, but I'm not certain) if you love Nordstrom Rack this one is definitely worth the trip if you're looking for great experience 😊

I love shopping here to hunt for the best stuff at the best prices. What adds to the experience is the outstanding service I always get at this particular store. Angela helped me beyond what most customers would expect. It may be a little bit out of the way for us more rural Eastside folks to get to but it's well worth it. Oh, PS... this is where the more high-end of Nordstrom's Rack inventory goes to.

I got a great service there today, even though I got a bit upset, the manager helped me out and the cashier was fantastic. Couldn’t thank them any other way but this. Thanks you to both of you for making my day!

Went in to check out some shoes and Bjorn had the BEST service! He was there to solve and fix every concern and need! AMAZING service! He took a pure interest in us and has such an incredible serving heart! Will be back!

I love this place! I found a soft cozy pajama set that I will wear on cold nights. The staff was helpful and pleasant!
