CVS

I did the self checkout and because some of my items were very light weight , it kept beeping that I needed to place in the bag so an employee came up there to help me checkout until I got all of the light weight items scanned. Very professional and very helpful. He made it very easy and was very nice!!

I am absolutely 💯 +% in love with this pharmacy!!!! Ms. Lita B. is the pharmacist and she and her staff are on point!!!! Never had/have any issues with this pharmacy!!!! Love them!!!!

Stellar service and I enjoy shopping here and getting my meds filled her as well.

If I need something that I do not want to go into the large store for cvs is always my choice. Sometimes I just want a nail polish or hair color or things that aren't pharmacy items that I don't want to go into the large stores and wait in line or spend a lot of time locating a single item so I go to CVS quite often. They are very helpful and the customer service is excellent. And if course you get a lot of discounts and coupons which makes it even a better experience.

Pharmacy staff was awesome! Went today to get covid vaccine, we had an appt at 5pm, got there right at 5, was greeted immedistely by several employees in the pharmacy, and was directed to where to sit. Pharmacist came out to administer the shot within 2 minutes of our arrival! We were in and out super quick, and had a wonderful experience!! I normally go to the lake murray location, and had to wait over 20 minutes there for the tech to come out for my first shot, and then they never acknowledged me when the timer wrnt off for me to check in to leave. I ended up walking out without any sort of response from them, they were sooo busy at lake murray!! This Ballentine location was not that busy, and were very quick and responsive, polite, and lots of smiles!

Thanks to all for the help with my drug insurance changes for 2019. I so appreciate the time taken to help find alternatives for the pricey ones. Staff is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Thank You, Gene McNeely
Update: I am still happy folks. All are good and Anthony stands out. I am amazed how well they handle the volume of prescriptions.

The pharmacy is separate from the front of store, and I haven't interacted with them before. However, the front of store staff have always been genuine and helpful.

The new manager, Liz, is very professional and took care of my issue immediately. Great service and experience.

Everyone here was very friendly, place is a little run down, but don't let that stop you from coming here. Everyone was very nice.
