Harbor Freight Tools

I have visited several HF stores and this one was great. The store was clean, well organized, well labeled, plenty of inventory and helpful employees to assist with your need. I walked thru the aisles, men enjoy tool stores and noticed they had more to offer than the store I usually visit. They had a greater selection of tool boxes and hardly any empty places where tools should have been as my local store has very often. There were many shoppers and the check out process was smooth and efficient. I was in line and an employee from the other side of the store called out and directed me to a vacant check out line. The outside of the building wasn't that great to look at but the inside was above average and they were very courteous and friendly. If you need tools for occasional usage, give them a try, you will be satisfied with their renderings.

My dear friends, please heed my warning…. If you arrive at Harbour Freight unable to muster the strength to spend your money, then disappointed you become. Addiction of the soul becomes addiction of the mind and body. I forewarn you to, but alas many do not listen. For the deaf man speaks and does not hear, alas the hearing man hears but does not speak. However you come, come ready forthwith and magnanimous.

My lock at my apartment froze and i couldn’t afford a locksmith so I went to buy a torch lighter and they sadly didn’t have them and I proceeded to have a mental breakdown because of the stress of the day in front of the 3 employees there I know two of them were Erica and Calvin. Calvin immediately went to his car and gave me his lighter and they were just so kind even though i know i looked like a crazy person. Idk about the products but the customer service is a 10/10 for sure. (if you were wondering i did get into my apartment with the lighter)

Reasonably priced tools. A place to come that has almost every tool you will need. Service has always been good.

On Saturday, December 16th, 2023, I had an issue with central machinery oscillating bench drum sander. I could not remove the rubber drum to replace one of the other drums in the variety equipped from the factory. The yellow plastic cap on top of the spindle assembly could not be removed. It appeared to have been frozen. Took it to Smyrna store and the store manager refused to help me with removing the button to change out the drum which disabled me from use. Almost gave up, but decided to go to Murfreesboro store, Store Manager Ben assisted me and took the time to help me figure out what to do. He should get an award for exemplary customer service. He did not stop until we found a resolve. He was able to get the button removed which made my day. I thought I was going to have to trash my bench mounted drum sander. It would have burnt me with about $180.00 replacement. The machine was in perfect working order prior to not having access to the spindle. Thanks Ben for the quality of customer care represented by your quick and innovative ability to help me restore my machine to usable product. I want to reflect my opinion and thanks to all levels of management for having a manager who cares about problem solving to please the customer. Like every other harbor freight place this place was great. Actually the shelves were stocked better than any harbor freight I've been into. Maybe I was at stocking day, but there was a lot of helpful staff, good reasonably priced products typical of harbor freight.

Came here for a couple last minute Christmas presents. Tried to use a digital coupon but would not accept. They said it had expired. Store was well stocked and orderly.

Don’t go here, you will keep going back looking at new weird tools and buying them. It’s a never ending cycle of buying more, a bigger tool box and then more. Lifetime warranty really means lifetime though. Just bring it back in and go home with another one.

I absolutely love Harbor Freight tools. I just picked up these 2 bad boys on sale for 29.99 and will both be completely filled up to the brim before I go to sleep tonight. Great deals all the time and friendly staff. You can't go wrong with Harbor Freight!

The two young men at the front on Friday afternoon were amazing. Very friendly and made sure to explain an details around the items. Great to see youth so engaged in there jobs.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. The products are a bit on the "cheap" side but that's sometimes not a bad thing, if you only need a tool a few times, not planning on using it often.

I can't/ shouldn't come in here as I spend way to much money! Lol! This store has the nicest employees who help you if you need any help. I bought a pair of bolt cutters that the big orange store wanted thirty dollars for but HF had them for seven. Works just as good as the brand name one. I'll definitely be back until they have a twelve step program for this store! 😆

I love this store, yeah not many of the things they carry are of the best quality but most of those things have a lifetime guarantee. For me and most others that more than makes up for it.i was and am still so happy that harbor freight put a store in Murfreesboro. My daughter built this desk with tools bought from the Murfreesboro store.

Harbor Freight is one of my all time favorite stores to go to and this one did not disappoint! Friendly staff, attentive manager and there are always people available to help when needed. Prices are awesome for what your getting.

This is my new favorite store! I can find basics and new tools to try out without a huge investment. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I only wish they carried some smaller gloves 😬

Well stocked and great, helpful employees. The only negative is how they really push those extended warranties on practically EVERYTHING. They never have paid off for me. Today, the young guy said, "Are you sure? This is a $400 item!" Like I didn't know that? Guess they get bonuses or perhaps commission on those extended plans?!
