Theo is such a great representation of your company! His patience, kindness, and professional demeanor put me at ease. He assisted me in making the best choice for myself with no additional pressure. When I came into the store I wasn’t in the best space. Thanks to Theo I left smiling. To say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. Thank you, Theo for truly caring about your customers! Theo was amazing he helped me before and he’s always helpful. He lets you know what’s the best deals going on. The information on the phone you want and any products. I got my new iPhone and had every answer to any question I had. Also funny thanks again. Happy holidays

The staff here was great. I was there for about 2 hours getting a new phone and waiting on my data to transfer and everyone who came in got immediate attention. There were probably 5 employees there so no waiting for someone to help. Brandon was super cool and explained all my options on trading in my phone and giving me insights of my account.

Theo was amazing, and gave us a thorough and well unbiased analysis on our situation! What an asset to this location, would highly recommend going to this location to buy/upgrade a phone or even to get some honest advice. 10/10 experience

Over the last couple of days all of my Apple products messed up around the same time and I spent more time than I would want or expect to spend at this location but thanks to the great service provided by Brandon and his coworkers it made my experience so much better.

I have been coming to this specific AT&T location for YEARS and I was again reminded why I choose this store. I was greeted by Brandon, who was absolutely fantastic and attentive with all my questions/concerns. I did not expect to get as much resolved in one afternoon that I did with his help and he made a pretty stressful issue not stressful at all for me. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and calming which made my entire day. Definitely recommend this store for any of your AT&T needs or troubles!

I got an offer for an upgrade, didn’t completely understand it, and Carson took the time to patiently explain my options. He also took the time to walk me through the process and answered all of my questions while doing it. For this mostly online shopper, it was worth a trip to the store for his customer service.

Spacious parking space and spacious interior. A lot of phone accessories (mainly phone cases) on display. Samsung and Apple devices available for purchase.

Couldn't have been better everything was perfect and she helped me get in in and out of the store too

Bob Patel, was phenomenal with his interpersonal client communication skills.

Very knowledgeable and direct. Can definitely tell, with his logical approach, that he strives to provide the best support he can.

Lidia did an amazing job! She got my eSIM activated on both phones something att Loyalty department could not do.

I want to give a shout out to Theo and Steven! I walked in tonight stressed, had been to the Apple store to try to get help prior to going to this location. Tech @ Apple store in Green Hills wiped out my phone( which should not have done that at all) and still could not help me! Both Steven and Theo said don't worry we got you, they saved the day for me! Should have gone here FIRST! Thank you so much guys!!! You both ROCK!!! Highly recommend these two guys at this location! They know what they are doing!!! Thank you again guys!!!

The staff was amazing...we had been trying all day to get our issue taken care of and at the end of our day when we had basically lost hope Tyler and both managers came thru for us....I can't express how grateful we are for their kindness...definitely coming back to this store

Just went to ATT in Nashville yesterday to trade my iPhone to a newer version and it was an easy and quick experience, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I left the store with a new phone in no time

My husband’s phone needed to be upgraded, usually I go online and do everything myself but this time I wanted to have someone else take care of it for me! I went to the closest store being the West End location and was greeted by Lidia DeConto….from the very beginning I was treated like a VIP she was so nice and friendly! She knew about all of the service options that ATT had to offer. She even saved me over $600 by suggesting the trade-in option. My husband loves his new phone and I am so grateful for Lidia! Thank you for everything!

After Lidia's tolerance and helpfulness towards us, I switched my phone line to At&t and they have absolutely excellent customer service
