T-Mobile

My T-Mobile connection was acting up and all three services, which included incoming calls, internet connectivity and sms service was working intermittently. I decided to walk into this particular branch of T-Mobile and was greeted promptly by the two employees at the entrance .

A Gentleman, named, Rene was incredibly helpful and with his knowledge and professionalism, he was able to sort out and rectify the issue. He replaced my sim and made sure that all aspects of the issue at hand was addressed to make sure that he gets to the bottom of the problem at hand. Thanks to Rene's expertise that my issue was resolved promptly and my phone is back to normal. I hope that T-Mobile will retain professional, knowledgeable and competent employees like Rene.

I was stuck in a transition from Sprint to T-Mobile with the T-Mobile buy-out. Apparently, I was also paying way too much for stuff I do not use. Andrew at this store was very patient and straight-forward with what my options were. The process was seamless and very much appreciated. Thank you, Andrew!

My 82 y/o Mother-in-law lost her daughter suddenly. The daughter had just purchased a new iPhone on my Mother-in-laws account. We tried to return it since her Mother could not afford to pay for the phone. We took death cert etc. They said she has to pay for 7 months then she can turn it in. REALLY? The remaining cost is $225. T-Mobile can't afford to take the phone back now? This is horrible.

Never disappointed with the staff at this location. I rather come in person than call for customer services. They always know how to solve issues from devices to my plan. Andrew is definitely the guy I trust to get things done the right way!

Picked up my free tumbler today and they're always pleasant even if busy. They greet you, ask what they can help with and let you know they'll help you as soon as they can.

So I bought my I phone from Daniel and he helped me buy it and get it shipped to my house and when I went back Azalia helped me transfer all information and pictures of my kids to my new phone .. This store is amazing, they’re friendly and very detailed on everything and helpful. Once again thank you Daniel and Azalia

Best customer service ever! The first time we went in all got new phones mine ended up being defective. I went back close to closing time and they stayed to help me make sure the new one worked properly. Walked out with a brand new working phone and the exchanged my other one no problem! Go to store for sure!

So we prefer to go to this T-Mobile because of the selection and the fast friendly knowledgeable service, we stopped by today to try to get the new Apple or the new android and they were completely sold out, those new phones are selling like hot cakes, but still the service was friendly everybody was knowledgeable and very tentative we will be back when they restock!

My husband and I went there to pay our bill. Just a quick in and out process and the staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The store is brand new and just opened last week. Good store and it will definitely be my home store.

Great knowledgeable sales staff. I had a lot of questions about the products I was looking at, and they helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each device so I would end up with the best ones for me.

Went in to see options of getting a new device. Knowledgable and wonderful staff. I walked with an awesome holiday deal. Definitely coming back here whenever I need to see these guys.
