The UPS Store

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Read the directions from Amazon and package accordingly. It’s a business, tape isn’t free. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Owner and employees are nice and pleasant.

For the amount of Amazon returns they get, the employees get to each customer fairly quickly, are helpful when needed, and no one has been rude for the 3 years I’ve been using this UPS store. I suggest that people have their return receipts more handy to make the line move more quickly.

These guys do a great job.. very quick and polite. I have used print services here too. Always been satisfied with my visits may it be just dropping amazon packages or to courier.

I’ve consistently had a good experience here. In fact, I choose to bring my Amazon returns here than any other local UPS because of how easy the process is at this location.

I have done business at this location for years and it is time to find a different location to do business. I have noticed the following:
1. Service is better when the owner/older gentleman is there
2. It is pathetic that we have customers out the door and two employees have their eyes glued to their phones in the back room
3. The employee (assuming the owner’s son?) looked up saw the line of customers and didn't care at all.

No, I don't want anyone to be at my beg and call. I simply will choose to do business elsewhere.
If you want to continue to do business at this location be ready to wait until the son is willing to work!

The last four or five times I have been there the employees are on top of it! Employees are ensuring customers are a priority!

Darcie was great! Cause my phone had no service in store, she stood out in 100 degree weather on the phone until she got an answer concerning my return. On top of that she was patiently and calmly helping other customers at the same time . Then Darcie even carryed my packages out to my car. Great employee

The employees this UPS store are always kind and as they can possibly be. I’m never there for more than 10 mins.

I probably just had the most positive experience I have ever had while trying to return Amazon packages. I remembered jeff, the employee, from a previous visit and I knew if anyone could help me he could do it. I've worked in the public sector for many years and I can truly appreciate and see the value of an employee that is competent friendly and courteous. Jeffrey assured me many times that I was not causing a problem and did everything and he could to help me. Thank you so much Jeff for helping me be successful with what could have been a very ugly experience. To be honest I thought he might be the owner because he was that conscientious. You, Jeff, deserve a huge raise!

I loved going there yesterday 1/25/2022 the worker Trey is so nice and respectful. His Customer Service made me feel so welcomed and helped me the whole way through, he needs a raise :) best worker I've seen there. please tell him he got a good review he deserves the shine.

I came to the store the workers are wonderful and very very helpful! I recommend this store to anyone very very efficient! The owner worked with me to get a situation solved along with his employees and the store is opened on time always.

THE BEST UPS STORE EVER!! This is our neighborhood’s UPS. Close enough to where I live, so my husband and I come to this store pretty often. Every single one who works for this store is so friendly and helpful. Specially Kyle and Angelo. I’m a loyal customer of this store. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

My mom uses this store and they always treat her wonderfully!

They were very helpful and very quick. Kinda pricey but expecting my package to be delivered promptly. Glad I went out of my way to come to this location.

I went to this ups store for a drop off. They have great customer service and really helped me out for any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone in the Katy area to go to this store. They followed COVID protocols. Even told a customer to put on their mask.
