They have partnered with us many times providing great tasty products for our snack baskets. Their sweets and packaging is top notch. As a fellow business it is so reassuring to know we have a go to for fine chocolates. They have so much more in their shop and always welcome their customers with kindness and eagerness to accommodate their needs. The Country Gourmet is my go-to for special gifts, interesting and new foods and treats, and truly genuine customer service. They are dear friends we love dearly! What a lovely gift shop owned and operated by a wonderful Christian couple, Chris and Karen, and their lovely associates! There are so many unique gifts, olive oils in numerous flavors💕, and last, but not least, their wonderful chocolates and truffles section❣ They go above and beyond with spectacular customer service to ensure each one is extremely satisfied! It is a wonderful place to shop!

The Country Gourmet has provided me with exceptional service every time I purchase gifts from their store. They create the most amazing gift baskets and gift boxes full of unique delicious treats. They are always so kind and helpful and make every visit a delight!

Locally owned gift shop owned by one of the finest and most kind couples you’ll ever meet. I have been coming here for many years for little gifts. Especially chocolate truffles!! They and their staff even remember which treats my people like better than I do. They have even made incredible baskets for our kids for Easter and for various community organization auctions. Very beautiful baskets. This little shop is a true gem in our community!

I moved here to Murfreesboro less than a year ago but prior to the move I searched for places to shop and The Country Gourmet popped up in my search! I started to follow them on social media and was so excited about finally moving here and getting to visit the shop in person. I was not disappointed! They have a little bit of everything. My favorite things are the myraid shortbread cookies and of course the truffles counter, but ,also and I didn't even notice until after several visits, they carry fresh Gourmet olive oils! It's like a jackpot for me as I love to cook and a good olive oil is hard to come by. The owners and employees are always so helpful and really know their inventory. It's one of my favorite places to shop on the square and I love to support good local businesses!

My family was introduced to the Country Gourmet when we still lived in Nashville (10 years ago) because my dad had a friend who would send them to us at Christmas every year. This place has every chocolate you can think of, & they’re all delicious! Plus the ladies working there are so kind & helpful! Do not sleep on this local favorite!

Incredible quality! We’ve been customers for years. Outstanding owners and outstanding merchandise. Every item they carry is top shelf quality. Two of our favorites are the olive oil, its imported in bulk directly from Greece, and their chocolate, its custom made and the best I’ve had anywhere.

The Country Gourmet only carries the best items - from local products to delicious chocolates to fun gifts for that hard-to-buy person. The owners and workers are the friendliest and happiest. I love shopping here!

I have been going to Country Gourmet for years now. They have become part of our holiday traditions and memories. Anytime I need a gift they know just what to suggest for every occasion. And whenever I pass by I pick out one truffle for myself. It’s my own special treat and I can never wait until I get home but have to eat it in my car, sometimes on my way to my car. An absolute wonderful gem in downtown, great owners that do a good job rotating inventory for each season. They carry fresh olive oil, as well as a great selection of infused olive oils. Also one of our favorite spots for last minute gift ideas for a birthday or Christmas. P.S . Some of the best little spicy chocolates in town!

Following an unfortunate incident where our house was hit by a truck and almost all of our Country Gourmet ornaments were destroyed, we're immensely grateful for Karen and Chris’ extraordinary support. Chris went above and beyond, even taking the initiative to communicate with the insurance adjuster on our behalf. Their compassionate approach and personal touch made all the difference during a tough time.

And let's not forget their mouthwatering chocolates – a true treat for the senses. Highly recommended for their exceptional service and delectable delights!

Love this local shop! I collect the annual Christmas ornaments, and my mother gifts me one every year. It’s true that the older ornaments can be pricey, but we have never felt judged when inquiring about them. I’ve always had a pleasant experience shopping here.
