Walgreens

Went to pick up meds for a procedure I just had and learned that my insurance won't let me use Walgreens. This is the first time this year I've required meds, so I had no idea.
The pharmacy clerk gave me the Walgreens discount card to use so I could pay the lesser fee since I'd just had the procedure.
Shoutout to Claire for helping people out when insurance tries every way they can to screw us. I appreciate the Claire's in this world!
I didn't need a reason to love Walgreens, but now I love them even more!

I love Walgreens they always have something that I just can't live without. I absolutely don't need but love. I especially love when I find things on clearance, just makes me smile. Employees are always willing to help anytime you're in need.

Excellent pharmacy, with knowledgeable staff. Even though it's probably cheaper to get my prescriptions online, I still fill any prescription at this location. A couple of times I've had issues with my insurance and the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best price.

Beth, the pharmacist, is beyond caring and nice. She's extremely empathetic as well as sympathetic. She showed a great deal of compassion when explaining what my situation was and the meds I needed refilled. She's super friendly as well... Showing a little kindness in a cruddy situation goes along way. Thank you Beth from the bottom of my heart ❤

This is the best Walgreens I have ever been to. Ever! I go in a lot for the Pharmacy and the Pharmacists there are amazing! They are the most helpful people I've met. Effie (so sorry if I'm spelling this wrong) she's absolutely wonderful! There's another Pharmacist in there as well (sorry unaware of her name) outstanding! Every time I go in, full of great customer service and very knowledgeable. They even help me with medication and information regarding my dog! I hope they get all the credit they deserve in this location. The front staff at the register and there's a beautiful lady in the cosmetics section of the store, all super friendly!

Gabby in the photo area is AMAZING!!!! She was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She helped me with my tons of photo questions. Josh and Whitney are great as well. I was feeling so overwhelmed with the choices for photo gifts and not one time did they ever get frustrated with me. The store was very busy but they all acted professional and seemed to actually really care about their job. I am so thankful for Gabby, Josh, and Whitney. They went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas shopping list. I hope someone in management sees this and rewards them for superior customer service!!!!

I have nothing bad about to say about either pharmacy, cash registers or photo dept. All the cashiers are so humbled, quick to help, and best of all acknowledge the customers needs. I love the diversity of cashiers. They truly are welcoming even late nights when I bet they are tired of a shift.

Dustin is the best pharmacist ever!😊 I called him when I was on Broad St. & Thomson ln. I was in a rush& had to be in Smyrna in 15 minutes to pick up child from school. Dustin had my daughter's medicine filled & waiting for me by the time I got there. It wasn't even maybe 8 minutes!
I've never ever had a better pharmacist!!

Shopped here this morning and had an interaction with the cosmetics dept. Lakeisha was great and my wife and I left happy. I just wanted to share our great experience.

I have very nothing but good things to say about this Walgreens. Just moved here from Florida and appreciate everyone's kindess and efficiency. Thank you all.

Good store. Most of pharmacy staff very friendly. Conveniently located.
