Sharon was very helpful, he went above & beyond in helping us make an exchange for the exact size we needed & provided details about tailoring options, all about 20 mins before close! & He even taught us a few things.

My son, wife, and I entered the store looking for a suit for our 15-year-old. James approached us, and it was all uphill from there! He took the time to understand our needs, he was not rushing us, and he did not treat us like we had to buy something. James understood the cues my wife was giving, and he quickly mitigated her doubts by presenting options. Needless to say, we purchased the suit, and we're having it tailored as we speak. Mr. Cherron was amazing! Such a great help with outstanding customer service! I had to leave and come back so I didn’t mind putting my items back until I returned but Cherron assured me that he could hold them for me until I came right back. I’m not sure if it’s policy but I felt like he didn’t have to go out of his way to do that for me. It was definitely a refreshing moment in the midst of a hectic day so thank you so much!

Nice, affordable and great employees to talk and help you look for what you need. I went to get a suit for myself. I’m a very skinny person, underweight for my size and age. I had went to 2 previous suit places that did not have suits that for me and I had went to another that was way too expensive. With the last store of the night I went here. James was a worker there who helped me. He helped me find the perfect size for myself, what fit my budget, and he did all this with the best service anyone could ask for when they have never bought a suit. I’m thankful for James for helping me look great for prom.

I enjoy shopping here for my husband and our boys. I can always find what I need. The customer service is impeccable. All of the employees are so helpful and very knowledgeable. They are always eager to help.

Shemar at this location is official. He measured my 3 boys and selected suits that was perfect for them. Suits were very nice and on trend. I will definitely be back to this same location for the amazing customer service.

The hubs and I went in to buy the hubs a suite for a wedding. We were attended to by Cherron Lewis and all I have to say is OMG! Cherron’s customer service was OVER THE TOP! He went over and beyond for my husband. Total red carpet experience. And what impressed us the most was his experience and his knowledge about suites. From measuring my hubs to get the right fit to making suggestions for matching ties and cufflinks but yet letting the hubs and I make the final decisions. Every time I had a concern about something, he would say don’t worry ma’am, I got you. He was one step ahead of the game the whole time. It was such a wonderful and fun experience for my hubby and I. We couldn’t wait to go back and pick up the suit and when we did we saw Cherron. It was awesome to see him. I had to take a pic of he and the hubs. Cherron is now a friend.

The tailor is 5 stars and the customer service is way better than the one in NW Houston on 290. I find the store to be extremely clean and organized and the staff are helpful. They have a unique array of fashions and great prices.

Visited K&G Fashion Superstore for the first time and was very impressed. They give the best customer service. I was greeted as I entered. The store was very neat and clean. After selecting my item, the cashier was AWESOME!!!! She greeted me, signed me up for the K&G club awards and explained everything in deals. I will be returning. Great customer service in priorty for me.

I had such a wonderful experience this morning with Kimberly. She was so ready to help us. Showed us exactly what we needed. Helped us sign up for text coupons and even got us a coupon to make a lint roller free. Such a wonderful experience and we will be returning for sure!

I work at the corporate office for Tailored Brands (owner of KNG). I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to the staff at this location. My son and his friend told us on Friday they needed suits for homecoming on Saturday. I went to KNG hoping I could find something last minute that was trendy, would fit, and wouldn't cost a fortune for two teen boys still growing. I did not tell them I was an employee of the company. They were nothing short of AMAZING! We received first class service. With the help of the store consultants, we walked out of there with two full tuxedo suits along with dress shirts, bow ties, and same-day alterations which I was not expecting at all. The boys looked FANTASTIC! Thank you all for the amazing job you did, it was a very busy day in the store and YOU ROCKED IT!

The Suit I purchased was totally awesome. It looks twice it's value from a name brand designer. The customer service was great too. I was given future discounts for Black Friday along with the discounts I received while making the purchase. I'm definitely returning to this store.

I was looking for a new suit and didn't have a lot of time. I googled men's suits and K&G came up with good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did, when I arrived I was greeted by Lediz Conde the store manager who was very helpful. Within about 20 minutes she helped me decide on a suit (prices are also very good) a couple of shirts a tie and a nice pair of shoes. I was so happy that I could get all these items (that I was actually happy with) at one place. The suit pant legs needed to be altered and that was done while I was checking out.

The store was very conveniently located, clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I will absolutely be returning.
