Kohl's

I love kohl's, because there's always great options with good prices. They also have some of the best sales! I go to drop off my Amazon returns and then can spend hours shopping for myself, my children and extra goodies. This store is always clean, the associates are always very nice, and my check out is quick. I also can use my Kohl's credit card without even having it on me, which I love!

This location is on point. Very neat and orderly. Employees take pride in their store

I’ve been shopping at the Kohl’s near North Fry Road on I-10 in Katy, Texas. This store is always arranged well, and the selection of goods is great. The sales staff are helpful and friendly, especially Rickie at the cashier desk. She’s always very pleasant. Check it out. You’ll be happy.

I came up there 2 days ago and I assisted by an Bri from Sephora ( beautiful young woman by the way ;). She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was concerned about. But I got what I needed!

Daveiona was an amazing spirit to interact with so early in the morning! She was very friendly and helpful during checkout. Walked me through Kohls Rewards and honored a coupon I had obtained earlier on. Definitely a wonderful personality to have on the team!

There was nothing wrong with the store, the problem was the store had little to no variety. I was looking for brown shocks & Kohls only black socks.

Elijahnae helped me the entire time I was in Sephora. She was working by herself and never appeared stressed when the checkout line built up. She simply excused herself, checked out guests and then came right back to me. I have never experienced customer service like what I received.

Kohls is a great place to shop. My personal opinion about Kohls is the size of the store. It is not huge but the merchandise appears to be a 'little of this" and a "little of that" and it is easy to get to the area of the store you were coming in the store to get.

Ms. Pravina is one of the best cashiers that I have come across to help me. She is a very nice person and a good employee.

Pravina the cashier is always so courteous and informative. She carries a conservation every time she checks me out. She makes the experience shopping at Kohl’s enjoyable. Hope they know she does good for the company, never speaks negative of them.

It's rare to give an opinion to a department store like this (however this is a VERY unique experience I received). I needed assistance for a type of High HEEL shoes in the shoe department (for my mother), after getting a manager help she kindly called an associate assigned to the specific department (I was helped by a young lady by name "Katelyn"), right of the get go Katelyn showed an exceptional customer service, so kind with all questions she went through and explained everything she was doing to check for the availability of the shoe I needed. And overall the VERY BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE GOT PERIOD. This employee is definitely an (A+) for the company and deserves SO much more than this congratulations 👏.
