This store was impressive. It’s a larger location with 3 floors and has a flagship feel to it. There were a lot of employees and everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. It’s easy to notice that this store has more selection of high-end brands and luxury items than other Nordstrom locations. It was nicely decorated for the holidays.

My friend and I split a French dip and ceasar salad. It was a really,really satisfying lunch! The waiter was wonderful too.

I had never been to Bellevue square before. I have never seen anything so ridiculously hard to get into and out of and the nice people in Nordstrom's helped me get into the square from the parking lot and then from Nordstrom's back to my parking place cuz I almost lost my car. Beware it is a nightmare to be there and it's not like the malls where you just park on the outside and walk into the inside. And it's all you know. Really obvious it's not like that so beware

I’ve always gotten amazing help in all the departments here. These employees take their jobs seriously. Big shoutout to Ellie who helped me find the right dress the day of an event.

Another great Nordstrom location. One thing that stands out for me is the amount of smaller luxury perfumes (unisex) that this Nordstrom has. They have brands that I have only seen in some smaller NYC boutiques, but the benefit here is that you can use your Nordstrom Card.

Also, they have a very large men's clothing area with multiple sales racks.

Service wise, always very polite and helpful (as one would expect from Nordstrom.) A great place to stop for any tourist or resident of the Seattle area.

Yes you get service but some of the prices always amaze me. So nice compared to the store at san Antonio at la cantera shops.

The girl with the red hair (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) was super nice, super accommodating and showed a very great level of professionalism. The manager, blonde lady needs to chill. She could learn from her employees what real composure is. Having a meltdown in front of customers is not a good way to compose yourself, no matter the issue. Thank you for helping my partner and I find some shoes!

I'm leaving this 5 start rating for Monica in the designer shoes department, who is the best sales I have ever seen. I brought a pair of shoes on Saturday which is supposed to be a birthday gift. I got no updates from the website for 3 days. When I came back for help, I met Monica, who offered help immediate right after I stepped into the area.

She made bunch of phones calls, explained the situation with every detail she has, resolved the issue and notified me off-work. It's really not about the result. She made me feel she understood my concern and tried her best to fight for me. The order was not even placed by her, but she treat customers with the highest standard I have ever seen. I really appreciate, and I really wish every customer can have the same experience as I just did.
