Hollywood Super Mart

I am a new neighbor of Hollywood Super Mart and it's great. They have interesting drinks and snacks, not the exact same stuff you see at any old convenience store. The staff is always friendly. I'm glad to call this my local shop.

I love the variety of beverages they're not just the random 7-Eleven selections. Similar to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. More upscale also the variety of snacks ice cream and just trinkets and stuff I can stay in there forever milling around. A little pricier but it's true that saying "you get what you pay for"

I called this store almost 3 years ago when my son was home sick with pneumonia (the after effects of Covid back then). He had just moved out there (I live in FL) when the pandemic hit, so he had no friends & no way to get food or clean water while so ill.
Lara, the owner literally walked me up & down the aisles reading each item & ingredients to me over the phone & then had an employee take it to his house which they don't normally deliver, because of the extreme circumstances at that time. She literally saved this mom's sanity & possibly my son's life. I will never forget what you did for us during one of the scariest times of our lives. Thank you, & God bless you Lara! You are a true earth angel! BEST Market run by the BEST people!

A hidden gem! Ed is not only a great man but a fantastic guy. Highly recommend you support this business and make sure it continues to chug along.

Super friendly staff and amazing variety of snacks and things you may need with great prices all conveniently located nearby in a clean, well stocked store! I once needed an onion to cook dinner during rush hour and they had it. Love this place!!

Great variety of household items, wine/beer/liquor and foods/bev's including some unique treats and natural/healthy options. The owners are always incredibly kind. Great neighborhood quick mart.

Such a great little neighborhood store. They’re so nice and carry basics, some tasty unique treats/snacks and some plant based options too.

It's a little pricey, but you pay for convenience. They have a variety of food items for such a small shop. I like the small range of CBD products they have, they sell Koi gummies, chocolates, even CBD coffee. They also have just coffee and plenty of regular food items.

This is a true neighborhood convenience market, watching their customers’ buying trends and keeping stock even during the health crisis. This is Hollywood, after all, and the owners manage to have a variety of goods in most categories. Some items I now get there instead of at Monsieur Marcel’s in Farmers Market - because it’s just down the street. At my request, they recently ordered a few cases of a favorite wine for me, saving me a drive to my regular wine shop.

But if I want a box of macaroni and cheese, or Top Ramen, I can still find it there. 😉

During COVID they have always had T.P. as well as hand sanitizer and masks. Can’t say how much improved quality of life is with a purveyor like these guys!

Love that place! Yes, prices are a tad high but the owner always goes out of his way with excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere ❤
