The staff is great here and always helping with a smile.
I have used notary services couple of times here and they were quick to help.
Best part about this location is if you call for any questions, then they surely pick your call to clarify.

It is definitely better than the other UPS store located on the Mason road.

I have been coming to this store since 2020. The staff is top tier! It's always a pleasant experience with the staff. I am always able to come in and quickly complete my task. Jasmine the manager is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about her customers and always goes above and beyond! The service they provide here is hard to find! I will always continue to use this store. They are the best!

Super quick for Amazon and any other returns and Tony my brother in the store is a problem solver. We had few issues on the returns he fixed and guided correctly and help us return all the items quickly. Tony my man thank you so much , Appreciate it.

I just had the nicest experience with an employee named Tony. I had to ship some packages out for my 16 yr old grandson who has a side hustle. He gave me specific instructions on asking for the label to be printed. He made sure to tell me that is the only location that has been kind and printed it out for him. Tony recognized the type of product that was being shipped out and asked if I was doing this errand for my son and I said that I was actually doing it for my grandson and not only did he give me a compliment (at 57 years of age that felt damn good) while I was in there, he was very patient and interacted with other customers. He was very professional and even knew a regular coming in. This young man works very well with the public and is an asset to your company. Thanks Tony for making my day!

This is my go-to for all things postal. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, helpful, & just overall fantastic. During my recent visit, Tony & Brandon went out of their way to prepare a return that was supposed to go via FedEx, also directing me to the nearest location, of which I was unaware. Love this place & am grateful for the staff’s level of service & professionalism!

I recently visited this store. The employees are super cool. Tony helped me to get a printouts and guide me for a right box to pack. Amazon return is super cool in this store. Thank you for your customer service.

I come into this UPS Store at least 2 times a week to drop off packages and every once in a while need to print to something. Tony is always very helpful with the print jobs especially the color ones. Also the amazon returns are super cool and easy.

This store is a great spot in my community. Staffs are always friendly and patient. It’s definitely my first choice to send my returns and packages.

I had to return a baby chair back to Amazon, because the chair was still put together and wouldn’t fit back into the original box; one of the guys told me he couldn’t take it. I had to go take it apart and come back. The guy Tony, was like here let me see if I can help you. He pulled out his screwdriver and helped me disassemble the chair. It took less than 5 mins. Thank you so much Tony for your help.

Tony was at the UPS store next to Kroger on Westheimer and Mason in the Cinco Ranch area. He has been very helpful and professional.

They always go above and beyond in their service which is why I use them for everything. I recently had a package that contained equipment I needed for a meeting but it hadn't arrived yet but they kept me abreast and when it did Mike gave me valuable information about their Access accounts that setup delivery to that location so that you can pick them up at your convenience I stead of hoping a praying "porch pirates" won't beat you to them. Thanks again Mike I will set that account up this weekend. Thank you UPS for the excellent customer service.

I dread doing returns but Brandon was SO nice an md helpful to everyone in there. I've never seen someone so chirpy and calm so early in the morning with a full room of customers.

I visit the UPS store in Cinco Ranch frequently to drop off packages. My returns usually have a prepaid postage label. Lucy is always very cheerful and gets me in and out quickly. She’s good at reminding me to take pictures of my labels for tracking purposes. This is truly my favorite UPS store in the area.

Didn’t know a thing about notarizing and sending letters but Tony was patient and walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Really good experience

Tony is the super star of this store ! I needed a medicine delivered to my friend’s mom with overnight shipping and he took care of me with the cheapest option and with good packing as well!

This is an excellent UPS store. The employees are always helpful and professional. Brandon had a long line and was sincerely kind and friendly to each person. I was trying to print something for my daughter's wedding. I couldn't get the memory stick to work. Jasmine was incredible! She persevered in figuring it out and told me not to worry, that she would take care of it. She called two hours later with the copying perfectly completed. I am so grateful for her positive attitude and determination to help me. Excellent job, Jasmine! Thanks SO much!
